What is the best way to thoroughly clean the inside of a car windscreen and wipe it when fogged up? Also, looking for product recommendations.

About 1.5 years ago, my account was banned after being accused of a $170 USD chargeback. The problem is, I wasn’t the one who did it. If I had made the chargeback myself, I would’ve simply reversed it, but I have absolutely no idea who was responsible or when it happened.
Every now and then I’ve tried logging in, hoping whoever made the chargeback had repaid KI and that my account would be unbanned, but it’s still banned.
The issue is that KI will only accept payment by cheque or US money order.
I’m in Australia, where those payment methods are no longer available.
As far as I can tell, my only option is to find someone who can send the payment on my behalf.
Does anyone know if there’s any miraculous way to obtain a US cheque or US money order from Australia, or if there’s another solution I’m missing?
This has been going on for 1.5 years… help please… 😢

I bought the car 4 weeks ago. I checked the oil before buying and thought it was high? I also got a mechanic to do a PPI of the car on a hoist, he said the oil was fine. I again checked the oil today on a cold start, and from what I see it’s above the max? The car drives fine with no issues at all. Is a little over fine and no big deal? Also is the colour of the oil good or does it need changing?
When buying the car, the owner said he just recently did an oil change…
