Reminder that this is how Cory & Lea choose to spend their time

They could of course cook a meal from scratch for Adventure instead of feeding him those god awful pouches (there was recently a panorama that concluded they have no nutrients and are packed with sugar)- but who has the time for that when you have to film yourself pigging out on KFC in the car! Imagine the smell 🤢

Cory incapable of looking after Adventure by himself

Apparently Lea is sick so Cory has…you guessed it brought Adventure over to his Mum’s again. Seeing a grown man incapable of looking after his own child for a few hours or cook himself dinner gives me the ick.

Lea is also apparently reading a book about motherhood because “she never gets time to herself as a Mum” is this rage bait or is she actually that tone deaf!? 🤣 I’m not surprised she’s feeling unwell after stuffing herself with cookies, fast food and alcohol for the past few days in Amsterdam

Another holiday without Adventure

So far this week Cory’s been in London, dumped Adventure off on his Mum to give Lea a “break” and now he’s going on holiday without him again, does he actually spend any quality time with this child? Plus bragging about being in the exec lounge 🙄

Lea at home whilst Cory is in London

It’s not normal is it? Swanning off to London to buy designer bags, leaving your partner with a teething baby that isn’t sleeping well. I know he will justify it as “work” but it’s just beyond pathetic. Any caring partner would realise how truly tone deaf that sounds. Lea just posted a video about how exhausting and isolating motherhood is, I wonder if that’s her way of trying to communicate something? At the same time I don’t feel sorry for her because she constantly praises Cory for doing the bare minimum. Most women also have it A LOT harder than Lea, being on their own on maternity leave, having to return to work, not having the luxury of ordering multiple takeaways, going on constant holidays and practically round her parents daily for a cooked meal.

Grand Central delay repay BS

Recently travelled to London on a GC train- delayed by 2 and a half hours, imagine my anger when I apply for delay repay and ONLY get 75% of the cost back!!! Apparently you only get a full refund when it’s 3 hours delayed. Next time I will make sure I go with LNER who will give you a full refund for over an hours delay.

Cory & Lea eating McDonald’s in the communal laundry room of their hotel 🤢

I didn’t include Martha to respect her privacy but they’ve dragged her in on this too 🙄 such a bad influence

Does anyone else’s 4 year old go through phases of being horrible to them?

I’m feeling quite sorry for myself today as it’s my birthday and so far, my 4 year old has been pretty unpleasant towards me- snapping, back chatting, demanding snacks. It’s only me he acts with this way, he’s absolutely lovely to grandparents, staff at his nursery, other kids and his Dad mostly. He was with his Dad all day yesterday and my partner was shocked at the sudden 180 when I arrived home. My son can be lovely towards me sometimes but I feel like he goes through these horrible phases and today is one of them. He’s also already trying to dictate the day, so I know if I try to do something I’m interested in, it will be met with resistance. I get it, it’s not his fault. It’s just depressing as it’s yet another reminder that with a young child, your needs are constantly on the back burner, even on a day that’s meant to be about ~you~. Don’t mind me, just venting, not looking for advice.

Cory and Lea’s holidays

Why do they always go to the most depressing looking tourist trap places? It doesn’t matter what country, it’s always somewhere that feels completely removed from the actual culture of the place, tacky hotels, high rises and chain restaurants- never eating the local food, always burgers, chicken dippers, McDonald’s etc. They’re always waxing lyrical about how the haterz fund their lifestyle but you couldn’t pay me to go the places they visit! I also notice this time Cory brought his Mummy for baby sitting duties 🤮

More gross rage baiting

Highlights of Wayne and Waynetta slob this week (pics in comments)

- Lea eating a disgusting looking chicken jacket potato with no cutlery in the back of car whilst Cory belches and troughs in the front
- Cory went to a soft play unwashed and in his pyjamas, they admitted they originally were going to go swimming which means Cory was going to go into the pool unwashed 🤢
- The absolute gross pair taking a 5 guys into a cinema. Could you image the smell of fried food and having to listen to them slurping and chomping whilst you’re trying to enjoy your film! So disrespectful
- They said they’re going on holiday next week but Cory didn’t mention taking Adventure, please don’t tell me they’re leaving him AGAIN?

In conclusion, this is why we can’t have nice things. I will never step foot in a soft play, pool or cinema again 🤮

Cory had 2 slices of cake swimming in cream for breakfast, followed by a full English, got to be rage bait to try and get the views up! P.s the way Lea eats knocks me sick

4.5 years and still in survival mode?

I don’t know if this is normal but my son is 4.5 years old and I thought I’d be “thriving” more by now…but I still feel overwhelmed a lot of the time. Maybe it’s unrealistic expectations? I feel like 4 is a lot better than the baby and toddler stage but it’s still a struggle mostly. I found age 2/3 quite horrendous. My son is very bright and sociable- a beautiful child. But my god, he wakes at 5am and NEVER stops talking or moving. One of the main things that overstimulates me at the moment is he will ask me to watch him do something non-stop. I try to set boundaries around it but even doing this is exhausting. After a few hours I literally start to mentally check out. Thankfully we don’t get tantrums anymore but he complains/whines a lot! He can also be very argumentative and asks for snacks 24/7. I feel like I’ll never get to a point where parenting feels easier, will it…or am I still technically in the trenches of the young child stage? Maybe him starting school in September will be a game changer?

Cory & Leah 100% on jabs

In Leah’s latest WEID she had a yoghurt, a tuna sandwich and a cheese pot for the entire day, there’s no way that someone who went from eating burgers for breakfast followed by 3 takeaways has been able to suddenly restrict their intake without a jab, any bets they’ll lie through their teeth about it like BJ?

Since I had my son 4 years ago I’ve done a lot of soul searching and reparenting of myself. It feels like having a child resurfaced everything that had been repressed and opened all those old wounds. I have come to the conclusion that although my parents “meant well” and were not outwardly abusive, I did experience a lot of emotional neglect. I had read about the combination of having a parent who is more controlling and narcissistic and a parent who “enables” this behaviour and is more emotionally repressed/distant. This describes my parents to a T. My Mum is very dysregulated- I basically grew up walking on eggshells around her moods. Rage was a big feature- slamming doors, crashing around “to make a point”, shouting, nasty things said in the heat of the moment which were then never acknowledged and we just went “back to normal”. She has an almost pathological need to be the centre of attention. I’ve come to realise that when you have a conversation with her, she shows no interest and her eyes glaze over until she can talk about herself. She gossips incessantly about her social circle. Used me as a confidant growing up to slag off family members, made inappropriate comments about my appearance/weight. My Dad felt like more of a “safe person” because he was at least consistent in his low expressed emotions but I think he was just checked out. He outwardly acknowledged my Mum was dysregulated but just encouraged me in a way to, “stay quiet and tow the line”. He allowed himself to be extremely controlled by her. But the dynamic would always be such that they would “close ranks” if me or my brother challenged them. Does anyone else relate to this dynamic?
