honestly ~ I need help getting food, ( no idont get help and yes im taking the advice of trying to exhaust my local Resources by calling people when I have the energy to and Etc local wise)

But with my dietary restrictions/ needs for basics and etc its hard in this ever changing economy.

We are all struggling some more than others.

trust I wanna help everyone I can if I could more .

my buddy/ bird son is a joy and can be a sweetie. BUT with being hormonally charged right now frist time actually experienceing it with him tbh new world for me 😇🤔. basic facts I do know its been a couple of years sense ive had a parakeet and the ones I did have never showed behavior like this to me. so ....surprize.

yes I'm seeking the BEST advise outside of google/ forums~

-new bedtimes (google stated 12-15 he's of sleep is best I cover his cage at 8.50pm...so I'm wondering of thats best.

ajusting his food~the pellets he hates them..so he also Hates veggies how to get him to eat them is the struggle..I tryed blue berries he shook his head like no.hmm how to get him to eat them? anybody know a good way to trick him into eating fruits?veggies?.

-also what about avicalmeds for birds or mood calm to calm his nerves during this time music he likes that in general. tho some say it works some at it doesn't

**Hi there I was advised to ask somebody or vet for advice my male bird. he is very much loved I do my.best for babyboy. at the moment I am trying g to do a rehab program to get his Brain out of breeding mode trying to ease him back down to earth with time outs and sofr music and ealrier bed times now. babyboy is going through a hormonal phase I believe. overbonded with him and he's overstimulated so as disabled person first of all his feather mother I'm trying to see what else I can do with what I have in order to get him calmer. stop the overbonding stoping -over simulation anything I do like any type of movement sets him off or he flips his wings thinking I'm calling him or like female behavior telling him to come over and etc.

~ I just want my baby boy back when he was calmer now I understand that all birds go through the mating cycl. some people have told me it'll calm down some people tell me that it's not going to last so don't freak out but I've never seen this before I had them growing up parakeets and other animals but like you know it's new territory so I have a right to ask advice on what to do about this**
