Buying my first bicycle with Adult Money.

Hi Guys, I want to buy a cycle for normal riding in city and on tracks around Hyderabad. My Budget is around 15k-20k. Need suggestions I am inclined towards getting a drop-bar handle cycle and other than that I do not have much knowledge about them as of now.

I do plan to take it to some off-roading as well after a while. So please suggest a car cycle stand as well.
