Selling my iPad 11th Gen (A16)

Hey everyone, I’m looking to sell my iPad (with the original box). I bought it about a year ago primarily for study purposes.

It is in really good condition and has been well taken care of. Because I mostly used it for studying, the battery health is still excellent—it sits at 94% maximum capacity with a cycle count of only 166.

I am open to negotiating the price a bit, but please, only serious buyers.

Hike/Upraisal Scandal in Company

I work in a MNC product company which is profitable and did good business in the last year and this year every employee was expecting for an annual hike. In the first month of financial new year they said that they are facing some issues and will get the hike by May. Then now in June they said that no one will get the hike because of the war situation. All the employees had their performance review done in January and February and now they are straight up rejecting.

Also they promise to give Upraisal after the end of the probation period on performance but they never did for anyone. When asked they straight up answer by saying it's not in our policy and our policy has changed.

Because of the shortage of jobs no one has said or complained regarding this.

What do you think should be done about this? Has this happened to any of you before? And what should I do?

Hairstyle for balding man?

I'm 21yrs old and need advice for haircuts I can do as I am balding. I have tried all types of shampoos and treatments. Spent Good amount of money on dermantolgis but no results. My only option is to accept it. What haircut can I get?
