I'm getting Electrical engineering(EE) at nit Hamirpur and nit raipur....and nit Patna also

I'm very much confused about it....can anyone please suggest me about the college and branch...or should I prefer lower branch like chemical mechanical in tier 1 nit

1. How is the college life there...Does it have extra activities like fest clubbing and all...

3. How is the hostel facilities at nit Raipur...( I have heard that first year student get hostel but from second year you have to love outside campus due toh less hostel facilities Is it right...??)

I'm also getting ee at nit hamirpur...Should I prefer that over nit raipur...??
