When I'm so anxious I'm exhausted, I try to forget about the anxiety. This phase leaves me feeling lost because I've forgotten my anxiety and don't know what I'm anxious about. I feel miserable.

Do you worry about the meat in food you eat out not being cooked through? If so, how do you tell and deal with it?

Especially since they wouldn't be anxious about our things at all.

Here is the situation: On June 25th, I went to a public restroom because I urgently needed to have a bowel movement. I hurriedly wiped the front part of the seat (where my penis would later make contact) once. I noticed some dried red matter—possibly blood—on the back part of the seat, so I shifted my position forward. I don't usually urinate while having a bowel movement, but I really felt the urge, so I let my penis hang down past the seat; it ended up touching the seat for a few seconds, and there was definitely some friction. I want to ask if there is a risk of contracting HPV or other STDs like HIV. I recall that the toilet seat was dry.
