Plantar fasciitis from just walking ONCE?!!

I work from home and only leave the house every now and then to do groceries so usually my physical activity is pretty much zero

4 days ago I decided to go for a walk (8000 steps) and since then I have a pain underneath my left foot

Everything I have read points to PF, but I refuse to believe that it can happen from just walking ONCE like wtf

My dad gave me tinnitus

Since last week my dad complained about a constant noise in his ear so I did some research to find a cure

While researching I saw a comment which said something like: "I believe that the majority of the population has tinnitus but they simply don't realize it"

Because of this sentence I started paying attention to my own ears, turns out I already had a constant EEEEEE in my right ear but never payed attention to it. Been 3 days since I realized this

It never bothered me before but now that I know about it, it does

Both of us use airpods A LOT, I believe that was the cause

Almost all hair and face products contain coconut derivative like. Anyhting with coco, fatty alcohols etc, its in 99% of products

It causes problems even in rinse off products. I believe its a big contributor to our problems. I have bought 100s of products and almost all of them contain it. I think thats why some people find relief after ditching all products

Anyone experienced the same?

I always knew dirty pillows can cause flare ups and breakouts so I change them daily. But looking into the ingredients of my laundry detergant I realized it has fragrance, top allergens as preservatives and enzymes

All of these leach into the fabric and do not wash out easily. I am rubbing my face to them 8 hours a day!

Has anyone experienced relief after switching to a mild detergant?

So I'm not a fan of using solvents on a poly base. I believe it causes wrinkles and white discoloration of the base. The oily residue from something like C22 also needs to be cleaned preferably with dishsoap cuz any residue can mess with the next bond. This damages the hair a lot

Soaking the base hot water to weaken the glue also is bad for the hair and base

99% alcohol is way stronger than solvent to remove glue but it needs time to work, but the problem is that it evaporates very fast so it is not possible to spray it on the base and leave it on for 10 minutes unless you soak the entire system in alcohol, but that completely rekts the hair. So I came up with this solution (haven't tried it yet):

  1. Cut a non woven gauze or something similar in the same shape as the poly base

  2. Soak the gauze in 99% alcohol and put it over the base

  3. Seal it with saran wrap so it doesn't evaporate

  4. Leave it on for 10 minutes

  5. Clean the base easily with water, no mess with oily solvent residue, no dishsoap, no hot water, the alcohol doesn't touch any hairs so no damage

What do you guys think?

I also was also thinking of turning 99% isopropyl alcohol into a gel formula, but got roasted on the chemistry subreddit for the idea. However, there is a company that sells TELESIS Iso-Gel which is basically a 99% alcohol gel that evaporates more slowly. Sounds like a game changer, but waay too expensive to order from where I live
