Best 360?

Please forgive me as I don’t know what I’m talking about. I have a Meta quest three and I love it. I recently watched a 360 video of a Disney World ride and thought it was amazing. My wife and I have a two year-old, and it would be super cool if I could buy a 360 camera and just put it on a tripod for things like birthdays and Christmas morning and family occasions. Does anyone have any advice for what I should do and what I should buy? Thank you very much in advance.

Looking for advice on installation of Insulation in my old Metal building.

I just had a full insulation package delivered for my 6,000 sq. ft. metal warehouse (photos attached). It’s vinyl-faced insulation, along with all the metal banding, screws, tape, and other installation materials.
Originally, I thought I’d install it myself. Then the truck showed up…
Now I’m wondering if I’ve underestimated this project.
The building is already standing, so this is a retrofit installation from the inside. The ceilings are around 12–14 feet high.
I also have a forklift and a scissor lift on site, so access to the ceiling isn’t an issue.
For those of you who’ve done this:
Is this something a reasonably handy person can tackle with a helper?
Or is this one of those jobs that’s much harder than it looks?
If you hired someone, what type of contractor did you use?
Roughly what would you expect labor to cost if all the materials are already on site?
Where would you look to find someone who does this kind of work?
Any tricks or lessons learned before I start?
I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually installed retrofit insulation in metal buildings. I don’t mind working hard—I just don’t want to spend two weekends fighting this if it’s a job that professionals can knock out in a day or two. Thanks all!

Is this a good deal? Or a good mower?

Hello, This popped up on my Facebook. I mean, 6 acres would be good for me. Does anybody have one of these? I’m very new to this. Thank you.

A little confused about the daily cutting measurement.

I just bought a home that has 3 acres and I might buy a 4th acre from a neighbor. It’s all open and grass. Although I will be putting in greenhouses in a chicken coop and planting some trees along the edge of the property. Anyways, I see these things where they say oh, we cut 2 acres a day, but I also know that these things run all the time like a Roomba. If I used something that says it cuts 2 acres a day on a three or 4 acre property would it work? I’m just trying to understand what I should look for. I’m willing to spend a little bit of money on this because it’ll save me from cutting the grass probably 1000 times in my life. (maybe an exaggeration.) but you get my point. Thank you in advance for your advice and knowledge.

Cabinet shop sawdust is loading up our HVAC filters - looking for better pre-filter solutions

Looking for advice from people who have experience with HVAC systems in woodworking or cabinet shop environments.

I manage a warehouse with a cabinet shop tenant, and we’re dealing with a significant amount of airborne sawdust. To help protect the HVAC systems, I’ve been installing pre-filter media in front of the regular pleated filters.

I made a short video showing the setup and explaining what we’re currently doing:

https://youtu.be/GbNEXzyfg94?si=cHiXeT8hHdpgERBg

For reference, there are two HVAC units. Each unit uses four 20” x 30” x 2” pleated filters plus one 20” x 20” x 2” pleated filter.

Currently, I’m changing the pre-filter media about once per week and the pleated HVAC filters about once per month. The goal is to catch as much sawdust as possible before it reaches the HVAC filters.

I’m trying to figure out:

Is there a better pre-filter material I should be using?
Are washable or reusable filters worth considering?
Is there a better overall approach for handling sawdust in a commercial HVAC system?
Am I likely restricting airflow too much with the current setup?
What products or filter media have worked well for you?

I’m not looking for the absolute cheapest solution. I’m looking for something practical that protects the equipment, maintains airflow, and keeps maintenance reasonable.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

3 1/2 acres plus work mowing.

Hello everyone,
I just bought my first home. I have 3 and a half acres of very flat open grass. It’s like a giant lawn. I will eventually put in trees and greenhouses and a chicken coop, but I’m very interested in buying a robot lawnmower I I am hoping to learn from you guys. The other thing I want to do with it is I’m a maintenance guy at a commercial warehouse property, and I have to mow the grass there about once a week. I was thinking maybe I could take it to work and let it mow while I’m doing edging and stuff. But the more I’m learning about these, it’s not like mowing once a week, basically it’s just going around and mowing a little bit every day. Anyways, if anyone has any suggestions for me, I would appreciate it very much. Thank you in advance.
