19 empties in the month of July !! Mainly haircare, but I do want to add it was a joint effort between me and my family !! I don’t have enough hair to finish so many shampoos !!

SKINCARE; 6
- BYOMA PHYTO-MUCIN GLOW SERUM; YES ✅ I really like this, very hydrating and creates a lovely base for makeup !! My only issue is, I wish it were bigger like I think I finished this in maybe a month or so?
- BOOTS DEEP MOISTURE SPRAY; MAYBE 🤔 now I really like this because it contains hypochlorous acid and i have gone through a few now BUT they’ve just changed the packaging to make it look more trendy and in doing so, they’ve increased their price, which is annoying so I might have a look for a cheaper alternative !
- DR ALTHEA 345 RELIEF CREAM; YES ✅ and I hate that my skin loved this product because firstly, it’s actually quite expensive for a 50ml and secondly, I despise the packaging so much !! Towards the end, it’s so difficult to squeeze and lowkey, it’s a health hazard, because tell me my tube feels like shrapnel !! But overall, very lightweight on the skin yet makes my face so plump and juicy !!
- LRP CICAPLAST BAUME B5+; YES ✅ if there’s one thing I can tell everyone to get, it would be this !! This saved my skin and I don’t say that lightly !! My skin barrier was so bad, that my skin would sting every winter, despite wearing the thickest of moisturisers, then I started using this and omg, she’s cured !! This tube has lasted me so long, so do consider getting the smaller size because a pea size is all you need !!
- TADA WONDER PATCH; YES ✅ very affordable and there’s so many in the pack !! Sucks everything out and more !!
- BOOTS SKIN CLEAR SALICYLIC ACID PATCHES; NO 💔 felt more like a sticker on my face, didn’t get anything out !!

- SOMEBYMI BETA PANTHENOL REPAIR BODY CREAM; YES ✅ anything that contains Panthenol, give it to me !! My skin loves it !!
- MARVIS WHITENING MINT TOOTHPASTE; MAYBE 🤔 I liked this toothpaste but it’s very expensive for a toothpaste !! But I will repurchase if it’s in a sale !!
- MITCHUM UNSCENTED DEODORANT BALM; NO 💔 I’m a Mitchum girly through and through BUT the amount of clothes this has ruined, is beyond me AND, I can never fully empty this product !! I have started using another deodorant, which I’m currently enjoying !!
- DR ORGANIC ALOE VERA GEL; NO 💔 I know aloe gel is really good for the skin, but I feel like it doesn’t do anything for me !! Also my skin feels so dry and tight after !!

HAIRCARE; 8;
- BOOTS HEAT SPRAY; YES ✅ cheap and cheerful !! I go through atleast 1 a month !!
- DOVE SCALP THERAPY DENSITY AND GROWTH CONDITIONER; YES ✅ a basic conditioner but feels lovely on my head and smells gorgeous !!
- DOVE SCALP THERAPY DENSITY AND GROWTH SHAMPOO; YES ✅ same as the conditioner, very basic but definitely made my scalp feel clean !!
- OGX RENEWING + ARGAN OIL OF MOROCCO SHAMPOO; NO 💔 I feel like this didn’t make my scalp feel clean? Like I had to go in with another shampoo afterwards so it’s a no from me !!
- NIZORAL ANTI-DANDRUFF TREATMENT; YES ✅ this made my hair feel so clean !! Very strong shampoo, so a little amount once a week, is good with me !! And i did noticed my scalp didn’t feel as flaky or dry as I got used to using this product !!
- HEAD & SHOULDERS ANTI-DANDRUFF SHAMPOO + CONDITIONER APPLE FRESH; YES ✅ a classic !! I feel like you just can’t go wrong a head & shoulders shampoo !!
- MONDAY DRY VOLUME SHAMPOO; YES ✅ I’m very hit and miss with dry shampoos, like most of them don’t really make my head feel clean but this did !! And it did a decent job adding volume !!
- BRISTOWS 5 ULTRA HOLD HAIRSPRAY; NO 💔 now the product itself isn’t bad, and I might repurchase in a less stronger version, but no 5 is too crispy for my liking and it’s completely my fault for purchasing it !!

SECRET SASS SWEET DEVOTION; NO 💔 I mean I’m pretty sure this has been discontinued so I don’t think I can purchase even if i wanted to BUT I think I want to avoid buying body mists going forward !! These days, they are very spenny for something that lasts 30 seconds !!

A few bits I purchased recently !

- THAYERS LET’S BE CLEAR WATER CREAM; just started using this recently, and so far, I’m liking this ! I like the texture a lot and it feels lovely on my skin !! I do want to start using Azelaic Acid, so I think the 3% in this, might be a good way of getting my skin to get used to it !!
- MARVIS SMOKERS WHITENING MINT; I don’t smoke but I cannot lie, I find a toothpaste targeted for smokers to be better than a normal whitening toothpaste ! I have used this in the past, but it is quite spenny to keep repurchasing, but it was on sale so I purchased 2 for the price of 1 !!
- SCHWARZKOPF PROFESSIONALS OSIS+ EXTRA STRONG HAIRSPRAY; my hairdresser swears by this product to make waves last and I’ve used it once and I confirm, it did an amazing job !! It doubles up as a heat protectant and hairspray, and one thing about me, I love a dry heat protectant !!
- ESSENCE JELLY GRIP UNDEREYE PRIMER STICK; I’m always on a hunt for a product that will stop making my undereyes crease, and I’m hoping this stick could be the answer to it all !! I was a ‘Vaseline under the eye’ girl, but I’ve heard it could cause milia, which I want to avoid !!

Just a few hygiene related bits I’ve purchased over the last week !!

- Oral B Pro Vitality Electric Toothbrush; I’ve been wanting to invest in an electric toothbrush for a while now, because apparently it’s better for your tooth and guys, this sounds silly, but I genuinely look forward for morning and night, just so i can brush my teeth with this !!
- TO Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner; for discolouration and eliminating odour for underarms
- Dettol Original Bar Soap; a staple for the hot summers !
- Vichy Treatment Anti-Transpirant; needed a new deodorant which didn’t stain my clothes AND left me odourless for the day and so far, this is doing a good job !!

I finished 7 products in the month of June, and it was all skincare and bodycare ! Surprisingly, not a single hair care product !!

- SKIN1004 HYALU-CICA WATER FIT SUN SERUM; YES ✅ a very lightweight sunscreen, which sits nicely under makeup, doesn’t pill and doesn’t make my eyes sting !!
- SKIN1004 CENTELLA LIGHT CLEANSING OIL; YES ✅ I think this is the only cleansing oil I’ve ever used !! Does an amazing job at getting rid of any makeup and doesn’t clog my pores !!
- NO7 GOOD INTENT SKIN SIP MOISTURE MILK; YES ✅ I think this is my 2nd bottle of this, which I’ve finished and enjoyed !! This is a dupe for the Rhode Glazing Milk and it’s a very good one !! Leaves my skin very moisturised and creates a nice base for my makeup !!
- BOOTS MICELLAR CLEANSING WATER; YES ✅ just a basic Micellar water, which doesn’t sting my eyes !!

BODYCARE; 3
- TBS VANILLA PUMPKIN SHOWER GEL; NO ❌ I love a body shop shower gel BUT I hated this scent !! The pumpkin scent is just so cloying and kinda made me heave !!
- GEM COCONUT VANILLA DEODORANT; MAYBE❔I’m loving that deodorants come in so many different scents now and Gem have an amazing range BUT I don’t know how I feel about the deodorant aspect of it ! I feel like it’s not the best for sweat control, which my main thing when it comes to buying a deodorant !!
- BOOTS SENSITIVE MOUTHWASH; YES ✅ made my mouth feel clean, what else can I ask for from a mouth wash !!

recently, I’ve been seeing a lot of water/tint based bronzers on my social media, ie the Victoria Beckham one and the Refy one but I can’t really justify the prices, so when I saw that ELF released a few more shades in their tints and one of them was a bronzer shade, I had to purchase !!

This is the Elf Sheer For It Blush Tint in the shade Maple Latte, still haven’t tried it on a full of makeup so I can’t tell if it sits nicely or not but it does look nice on bare face !!

- MEDICUBE ZERO PORE PAD; YES ✅ I feel like my texture came back when I stopped using these ! Very strong so I only use this maybe 3 times a week, last thing I want is to destroy my skin barrier again !!
- SUPERDRUG VITAMIN E HYDRATING MIST; YES ✅ a constant repurchase !! Have emptied this so many times and I’ll continue doing so !!
- HABI SPRITZ SAVIOUR FACIAL MIST; NO ❌ didn’t feel like it did anything for me, just felt like water ! But I did like the actual spray nozzle, gave a very fine mist !!
- SKIN1004 PROBIO-CICA INTENSIVE AMPOULE; YES ✅ I think I’ve gone through maybe like 3 bottles of this? So moisturising and make my face feel so hydrated without making it heavy !!
- MIRACLE BEAUTY FACIAL CLEANSING CLOTHS; YES ✅ I do prefer the ones in the box, but that’s just personal preference ! These types of cloths are really good if you’re prone to acne, because they’re 1 time use and therefore, don’t hold bacteria like a normal face towel !!
- BOOTS DEEP MOISTURE SPRAY; YES ✅ this contains Hypochlorous acid, which is really good for acne !! And I have noticed since introducing this in my routine, I don’t breakout as much !!
- GARNIER DAILY UV VITAMIN C GLOW; NO ❌ I actually used to love this when I first started using it but I don’t what happened, but this just started to pill ! On its own, underneath makeup, I just felt dirty wearing this !

BODYCARE; 6
- MYSPA MANDARIN & SANDALWOOD BODY BUTTER; NO ❌ smells lovely, but did not moisturise my body at all !!
- L’OCCITANE AMANDE HAND CREAM; NO ❌ smells lovely but not thick enough for me !
- TBS RESCUING HAND PROTECTOR HEMP; YES ✅ I love me a body shop hand cream !! So moisturising, and smells lovely !! Really wish they changed the packaging though because these metal ones hurt !!
- VASELINE COCOA RADIANT BODY OIL; YES ✅ a classic !! Love the smell, love the way it hydrates my body !!
- PALMERS TAHITIAN VANILLA BODY LOTION; NO ❌ smells delicious but again didn’t moisturise my body ! Having said that, I do want to try out the body butter and body oil from this range !!
- CENTRUM ADVANCE ADULT MULTIVITAMINS; MAYBE ❔guys I don’t really know how to review a multivitamin, because i don’t know if this helped with any of my vitamin levels !! But it’s good to have multivitamins so I might repurchase !!

- VO5 DRY HEAT PROTECTANT; YES ✅ I feel like this is always featured in my monthly empties, and for good reason !! An essential in my hair styling routine !!
- BOOTS HEAT SPRAY; YES✅ another repeat feature !! Another essential in my hair care routine !!
- BOOTS DRY SHAMPOO TROPICAL; YES ✅ cheap and cheerful !! Doesn’t make my hair gritty like other dry shampoos !!

- BYOMA MILKY MOISTURE CLEANSER; NO ❌ didn’t feel cleansing at all, just felt like it sat on my skin !!
- NUAGE MICELLAR WATER; NO ❌ too fragranced and made my eyes sting !!
- VITAL BABY HYGIENE WATER; YES ✅ great to have in my bag to clean on the go !
- NO7 GOOD INTENT DEW BANK WATERCREAM; YES ✅ one of my fav moisturisers !! So lightweight but so hydrating !!

- NIVEA SOFT 500ml; MAYBE ❔used to love this back in the day, but now I feel like it doesn’t do much for my face but it did a decent job as a body lotion, but I’ve also used better body lotions so would I repurchase? I don’t know !!
