Everyone is an oddfellow

Im only at EP 6, and im really enjoying it. And I also enjoy how odd these Actors are able to act (especially EB and the doctor). I wanted to list the Characters that are odd but I realised that it is almost everyone. Im struggling to find just one person who acts "sober", maybe Cy. Even the cherry new york dude was a bit confused and odd.

Was is the alcohol back in the day that made everyone be like this or is it something else, or did the just writers decide to make everyone droopy and kinda retarded (no offense).

Pls no spoilers, i already got spoilers when I looked up this subreddit. Edit: I only used retarted cause I couldnt come up with a better word i really mean no offense

What characters are "bad", are there even bad characters?

I used to play this game a lot in 2020 and recently got into it again. I havent dared to try new characters, except mauga, who is a lot of fun. I basically want to try all of them but I dont want to waste my time learning bad ones, does that make sense? Im not that good with supports, except baptiste who i used to play a lot, i hope he is still meta

Things I have learned in the past half year

Firstly I have to put a disclaimer, so I wont get banned from this sub. Im not telling anyone to do anything, I can only talk about my personal and other peoples experience. I have talked to several people, irl and on reddit in the dms, and their cases were all very similar.

How it started: One day I just stopped feeling to urge to have a bowel movement. No matter what I did, laxatives didnt work either. I went to several doctors, they did scans and a few other tests, but none of them saw anything notable. For months my stool came out only once every few days, It was soft and skinny. I started feeling strong pain after about a month, right where my ribs stopped. Doctors just told me to take different kinds of laxatives but none of them did anything.

Then I found this sub and heard of pelvic floor dysfunction. I looked up exercises on youtube and learned a lot about the muscles down there and how they worked.

Learning how to meditate was necessary, I had to go inside of me with full concentration and relax every single muscle of the 14 pelvic floor muscles. Im still not there, where i can say im fully cured. After the first week of doing those exercises (it only takes max 10 minutes in the morning), I actually started to feel something move, I heard gasses escape and I felt more appetite for the first time in months. After about 2-3 weeks, I saw the results. I was able to have a big movement, once a day, with the help of some coffee in the morning. About a month later, I have about 2 movements a day, they are still skinny but the increased in diameter, I feel so much more healthy now.

Im pretty sure, my puborectalis muscle was the perpetrator, when I touch it, it is still very tense, but a lot less than it was a month ago.

I had 2 people in my dms, and they had very similar issues, and now they are recovering, and I have 2 family members, that also had similar issues, they werent comfortable talking about it until I told them my whole story first. One of them has seen some improvements, the other one might have a different problem, unrelated to the pelvic floor muscles.

I never did any exercises that made me feel pain, and If I had felt pain I would have stopped. One doctor told me that our bowels are incredibly flexible, which explains how I could go a whole month without shitting. For questions about MY "journey", ask me or write me a dm if you dont want to risk getting banned.

How do you deal with neutropenia at your job

Ive had a low count of white blood cells for a year now. Doctors pretty much ignored me every time, until one Doctor pointed out how me having weekly fevers and constant mouth infections is actually concerning, so last month i finally got a diagnosis, and Ive made an appointment at the hematologist, all I can do is wait for now.

It all started when I had a job in a warehouse, but after 2 months of being sick there, every week, I quit, I just couldnt do what was asked. Since then ive been unemployed. Until now ive been living with my family too who has been patient, understandably, they dont know what its like to constantly feel cold and weak, i can make another post about my symptoms. People on this sub prb know what its like. I have fever at least once a month, I sleep for 10 hours a day, and everything is super demanding.

Well, ive gotten a job, luckly, its only part time, and its in the evenings, tomorrow is my first day. It barely involves physical labor, but, the hours start at noon and end in the late evening. I dont know if im capeable, i guess ill find out. How do you guys deal with it, what if my temperature spikes, or what if I suddenly feel incredibly tired. I thought about taking ibuprofen, it shouldnt be a problem if i do it 2-3 times a week, right?

Im 22 years old, and whatever caused my current condition ruined my life. Daily tasks, are demanding, i cant even play on my computer anymore cause sometimes even that is too exhausting. I just want to know how you guys deal with life in general. Thanks to everyone

Edit: My blood tests didnt reveal any deficiencies, no stds, I got tested for tropical diseases, until now doctors said sth like "Yea you currently have an infection, rest for a week and it will go away". They told me that maybe 10 times in the last year. Well ive rested for a year now and it has only gotten worse

Paradoxical puborectalis contraction

Basically the "U-shaped" Muscle thats a few cm above my anus is constantly tense in me, but the real problem is that it moved up. When I try to have a movement it literally does the opposite, I feel everything moving up. I have been doing stretching, yoga, meditation and relaxation for weeks now, the results are minimal. My next doctor appointment is still weeks away, I think if I tell them what's going on, they would probably inject me with Botox, since its getting painful in my stomach/ colon area. Ive been eating only a few bites a day, since I don't know how much "space" is left inside of me.

What's also weird is that I am only able to have a bowel movement when i lean back, exactly the opposite of how its supposed to be.

What has helped:

Coffee, I drink two cups in the morning, together with meditation and relaxation, on a good day I have a movement the size (and shape) of a pinky finger. Its not enough but it's better than nothing

Lying down, if I lie down for a few hours while also relaxing I might have a small movement

Ejaculation, I'm a man, when I ejaculate while lying down, I can feel something move and 5 minutes later I have a small movement, it's not consistent but it worked often enough that I still want to list it.

What doesn't help/ makes it worse:

Sitting, it makes everything move up and compress. In the morning, if I sit for a few minutes it means i won't have a movement.

Being nervous/ tense, which causes pain in my colon area, which makes me more nervous and tense

Marijuana, in short, it makes everything tense, it also makes it very hard to meditate and concentrate, every relaxation exercise feels more mentally exhausting

Anal sex, it just makes it worse, after having it I dont have a movement for several days at least

What can I do?

Has anyone else had the diagnosis of Paradoxical puborectalis contraction, any specific exercises which helped? Also, what if I go in with my finger, and massage the spot which is rock hard at this point. Does anyone have experience with that? What if put heat around my anus, or inside, near the puborectalis muscle in theory that should help, right?

Chlorogenic acid

My problem is, i cant relax the muscles needed to have a bowel movement. Ive been doing physical therapy, targeted exercises and massages for weeks, but the results are minimal. It is getting really uncomfortable in there.

The only thing that helps me is coffee. I do my routine of exercises in the morning, meditate, drink coffee, that is the only way to have the slightest bowel movement. Currently im unemployed, idk how i could do this routine when i work full time.

Chlorogenic acid which can be found in coffee, stimulates the gut. If i would supplement it, would that help me? Coffee also helps me by pinpointing the certain muscles that need to be relaxed, i know if i keep my routine, my problems would improve, but i need results asap, ive been constipated for months, i dont even know where the food goes atp. Im in pain while lying down, i have doctor appointments, but they are still at least a month away.

Im pretty sure my problems come from anal stimulation, which i also havent done in months, but thats how it started.

Top 5 streak in ranked should not be erased just cause you happened to not get a third teammate for one game

This is infuriating, despite soloquing I still occasionally get 5/5 top5 streaks and its really useful. But sometimes the game just says fuck u, gives me a single teammate, they leave or they die early and leave and its all gone its solely the games fault

Fallout ruined games like Read Dead or GTA for me

Everything feels predetermined, everyone walks, more or less the same path, you do things cause the game offers them to you at that moment, not cause you want to do this random action. Every item feels scripted, you cant just kill an annoying guy or walk a different way cause the mission fail. Everything fails the mission. Everything seems dumbed down, it is like the difference between reading book or scolling tiktok, it really feels like these games play themselves and im just watching.

I still enjoy it, it feels way more cinematic, better graphics and so on, but I'm not used to their convenience. In the first 2 fallouts for example, you can interact with the world in the weirdest ways, you fuck around and find out. It is hard to explain. I never have to look up random stuff in read dead, but I keep thinking that I have to. They make me feel stupid, because im not used to that kind of simplicity and comfort, I like it when games are more laborious, its the only thing I know, everything is already perfectly thought out.

Also, there arent that many controls, you got an inventory where every item does basically the same thing, 3 simple stats, and a weapon wheel, and you can ignore these things for the most part. And its not like doom, where any skill is required to play, my grandma can play this. My mindset is just not dumbed down enough while playing it ig, i keep thinking I miss something but im not.

Edit: The whole game just feels like: Predetermined mission of going somewhere and dialogue, finish mission in the only way possible-> go to a barber upgrade weapons and repeat

The game is interesting, but playing it is kinda boring.

M22 70kg 180cm Occasional smoker

The pain is the strongest right where the rips stop. My stool is very soft and has normal color but usually often comes out in the shape of a pen (2-3 cm wide, narrow and very long). They have done a colonoscopy some time ago and they said that my large intestine is fine. No reaction at all after taking Laxatives.

Doing sports/ walking/ stretching does nothing. I never feel like i have to shit, in the morning skinny stool comes out but thats it.

It feels like it only moves when im lying down, i also feel like farting when i lie down. The longer i lie down the more likely it is ill have a movement. It also doesnt matter if i try to push, cause there usually is nothing to push out.

I have a theory, i think me taking weed edibles on a empty stomach for months somehow caused it. I havent taken them in weeks and it hasnt improved.

Any help is appreciated, ive been to a doctor 2 weeks ago and they just dismissed it and gave me laxatives (again) which didnt help at all.
