I'm such an idiot, i got an offer for a degree apprenticeship at Cavendish nuclear and turned it down.
Don't turn one down if you get offered one!!!
For reference I applied to 1 and got the offer for it so I didn't realise they were competitive. I've now missed my offer for uni and regret my decisions a lot.
I'm only really making this to encourage others not to make the same mistake and really think before making a decision.

I have a 50 minute connection ( KLM) at schiphol Airport, i have UK passport so cant use the EU express lanes. Are the current schiphol airport wait times bad? Am I likely going to make the connection in time? And if I don't what happens/ what do i do? Ive just heard horror stories about schiphol so this has me nervous!

Hi! I'm hoping for advice on what software i should get to make original designs. I have 2 NV880E embroidery machines and have previously just been using the conversion section on artspira. I do digital art and things but i'm a total beginner to making embroidery patterns/ designs so any help/ advice is really really appreciated!

I recently have been thinking all these YouTube 'teachers' are slightly insidious for how much alot of their paid resources cost. Don't get me wrong I don't think they should do everything for free but 1. They're paid by YouTube and 2. I feel like their almost taking advantage of young people who are stressed about exams to make money, but charging excessive amounts. Like ms estruch recently had a live stream and it was £18 for this singular 1 or 2 hour livestream with however many people signed up on it. Not personalised to each person, just £18 flat rate to watch a live stream. Like does that not feel alot? I just think some of these are getting out of hand and most YouTube videos they'll make to help feels like promotion for their paid content.

I don't think they should be doing everything for free dont get me wrong but I think there's a fine like between making some extra cash and what feels like exploitation of vulnerable students. Happy to hear other point of view though!
