I've painted a lot of other flowers, but this is my first time painting these. ☺️🌻 This is 16 x 16 in. on upcycled canvas. I mix up all of my own paint, combining super heavy gel medium with heavy body acrylics to get that texture.

They said that I could use their photo as reference, which you'll see in the second picture. This is about 12x16 in. and I use 10 parts super heavy gel medium to one part heavy body acrylics in order to get that texture.

I asked if I could paint their picture and they agreed! This is acrylic on upcycled canvas and about 12 x 16 in. I mix about 10 parts super heavy gel medium to one part heavy-bodied acrylic paint in order to get that texture. 🌷

My friend is traveling in San Diego and sent me some pictures that I just had to paint. This is about 23 x 17 in. I use super heavy gel medium and heavy body acrylics to achieve that texture.

She's 22 x 17 in. And I get that texture by mixing super heavy job medium with heavy body acrylics.

Happy May Day! She's about 12 x 12 in.

I got their permission, of course. Acrylic on upcycled MDF, about 23 in. in diameter. I use ten parts super heavy gel medium to one part heavy body acrylic to get that texture with palette knives.
