I noticed this every weekend and even weekdays, people just leaving trash where they sat at parks and beaches. What's the deal with this?

For the people who own houses, is it even worth renting out the basement suite anymore? Would airbnb be a better option or keeping it empty for guests? I don't need the rental money so I'm wanting some insights.

Our medium sized dog got out the front door when someone arrived. They spent a few minutes running around barking. While trying to capture them, one of the neighbors started yelling and making noise, which riled it up even more. Eventually we got the dog under control and back inside. Total event was maybe 5 minutes.

The neighbor has since filed charges with municipal police, who have come by and taken statements, and are now charging with a dog attack. Nobody was injured. Nothing happened except a dog running around barking for a few minutes.

Who do we contact to fight this?

For the October 17th local elections. One vote per city you own property in even if you own multiple properties in that city.

Just waited over 1 hour to cross into the US over Peace Arch border. Today isn't a statutory holiday in either country so why is it so busy?

Why doesn't the tunnel replacement have provisions for a potential SkyTrain expansion? The now cancelled bridge had been designed with a future SkyTrain line in mind. So what gives?

We haven't built a new bridge since the Alex Fraser bridge. Why not build a new bridge at Boundary Road to connect to Richmond highway 91 and eventually into Delta.

In the last few years, I noticed there are so many more drivers pulling U-turn. Only a couple times did I see cops pull them over. So what gives?
