M17. What haircut should I get?

growing my hair since 6months. Should I get layer cut,flow cut or grow my hair more? 1C hair type with oval face(soft and silky after wash, soft and stiff after few days).

My haircare routine includes- homemade hair oil using once in a week or 10days, shampoo conditioner on the same day of oiling/hair wash.And for styling- hair serum and sea salt spray.
