2017 Kia Optima starting issues

When I press the start button the car starts but it sounds like some of the cylinders are misfiring and the engine runs very rough, shaky, and sounds weak.

I press the start button to turn off the car, then press it again to start it and then it runs normally.

I first noticed this 2 years ago when it would happen once in a few months, now it's happening much more frequently, 2-3x a week.

Any ideas how to diagnose this and where to go to get it fixed other than the dealership (I don't trust them because in my last visit for a software recall they told me that my oil plug was leaking, where it was not).

50 True Metrix test strips cost $25 via insurance. (blood sugar)

I could use some pointers where I could directly purchase a tester and test strips without a prescription that don't break the bank.

I need to test 3x a day, so need larger quantities.

I need a low cost phone number for nonprofit organization. Maybe 5 to 10 calls per year and ~20 text messages per year. (USA)

It has to be Venmo compatible. Google voice number gets rejected by Venmo.

I recall seeing something for about ~$10/yr but can't seem to find it.

AT&T ran fiber optics through my neighborhood and installed these pedestals that are a 1.5ft wide by 2.5 ft tall.

The day of these pedestals went live, coincidentally I lost TV reception on channel 2-1 and minor interference On Channel 7-1. Note - I've been watching over the air TV for many years without any issues.

I'm not sure which authority I should complain to at the loss of my TV reception.

I was thinking of wrapping chicken wire around this thing or duct tape 6-7 disposable turkey roasting aluminum pans from the grocery store to see if the source of interference is originating from here.

What do you think... or any ideas of what I could try that would actually make sense.

Within 3 yrs of new home construction the 2 second story north facing windows got harder to lock. Eventually I can no longer lock them and the home is out of warrantee. The outside wall is brick veneer and there is no visualsign of water damage or intrusion in the house, or walls, or attic.

Any ideas why the base is buckling upwards?
