I spend a lot of time traveling (usually chasing good food or checking another baseball stadium off my list), seeing live music, laughing at comedy shows, listening to podcasts, and planning my next adventure. I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan, love ’80s music, and can probably beat you at random pop culture trivia.

For full disclosure: I’m not outdoorsy. If your dream weekend starts with a 14er, we’re probably not a match. If it starts with brunch and ends with live music, we’ll get along just fine.

Hi! I checked into the Moxy Cincinnati today. I booked using points. I have platinum status.
The front desk agent was trying to upgrade me to a higher class room b/c of my status. She was having trouble so she got her manager to assist.
He said that his system won’t let him upgrade anyone that reserved with points.

Sounds fishy to me. What do you all think?

Note - upgrade would have been great but original room is fine. Just curious if he was bullshitting me or not.

Hi. I’m visiting in August with some girlfriends. Can you guys recommend neighborhoods to stay and avoid? We will be visiting the standard sights like Country Music HOF, Ryman, bluebird cafe.

Because of the weather, I’d rather stay someone where we travel the city in Ubers vs doing a ton of walking. Thank you!
