I see a lot of autistic women online talk about how having a strong sense of justice is an autistic trait and i never understood how it is?

maybe it’s a woman thing because i as well hate unfairness and i get so fixated on something that really annoys me that may seem unfair. however, i have spoken to some autistic people (mainly men) who are the complete opposite and they don’t care about nobody’s feelings or care about fairness.

what does everyone else think of this? do you think it’s more of a gendered thing?

so I’ve just finished uni and I’ve been told to go on universal credit as I’m looking for jobs.
Is there any advice from other autistics who have been on universal credit for a while and what to expect when you go on it?

I just need the extra money because finding a job has been so hard and people just reject you even when you have the relevant qualifications and experience for the job. :(

In my childhood from like 2007 or 2008, my mum used to collect magazines. I remember looking at one of the magazines where I got to a page which showed children with this rare skin condition.

One photo I remember seeing was two real children (a boy and a girl I’m assuming) that looked realistic meanwhile on the same page, there was this picture of a baby with yellow skin, red eyes and red lines around its body. Looking back, it probably was edited because the whole picture looked unrealistic but in my eyes as a naive 7 year old, it was traumatising to look at.

If anyone knows what I am talking about, please comment below. I told this to my family and they looked confused but ever since then, I’ve never been able to forget about that one picture.

I recently tried to look up on google if I could find the photo from the magazine, there’s no recollection. Nothing comes up.

Also, by the way, this magazine was a magazine in the UK if any other brits remember seeing it, please let me know so I don’t feel like a crazy person.

In 2015, One Direction went on the show ‘Surprise Surprise’ again in 2015 and met two girls - one girl was taking care of her sister who had a heart transplant.

I can’t find any of the episodes on social media anywhere of this episode. The only episodes that come up onto YouTube are the episodes of when 1D appeared on the show in 2012 instead.

There are still pictures that show up on google images from the episode, but I can’t find the full episode anywhere?

If anyone can find it, please show me the link. I know ITV mostly deletes their old shows on the app because I tried to type in ‘Surprise Surprise’ on ITVX and it comes up with when Cilla Black hosted the show in the 90s meanwhile Holly Willoughby hosted the show in the 2010s when One Direction were on both times.

Somebody told me they were hidden on the top right of page 4 in the penguin catalogue and i tried but I couldn’t find anything?

are they actually right or am I looking at wrong page? or am I only able to get them whilst puffle digging?
