Switching from eSim to physical sim, but physical sim card is from years ago. Will it still work?

I have a leftover physical sim card from a previous upgrade. It's either from ~3 years ago or possibly the upgrade before that which would be ~8 years ago. Either way it's new and was never used.

Would I run into any issues if I attempt to transfer the eSim to the physical sim? My worry is that it's the long weekend and I probably wouldn't get a callback from Fido until mid to late next week and I don't want to go without service for that long!

Any insight would be very much appreciated! :)

Question about cheap part and sensors...

I need an oil filter housing assembly for my 2014 RAM 1500 ST 3.6L V6. Rockauto has THESE ONES

Question 1: I'm not keeping the truck much longer, maybe another ~2 years max, and I only put about 4,000 miles a year on it... that said, is it ok to choose the cheapest one or am I asking for trouble by doing that?

Question 2: If I go with one that includes the sensors, am I better off to swap out the replacement sensors with my originals? I've read a lot of reviews saying those cheap sensors are garbage. The temp sensor is as old as the truck, the pressure sensor was replaced about a year ago with a genuine OEM sensor.

Thanks! :)

Help choosing which part/brand to buy...

I need an oil filter housing assembly and the garage I go to is trying to charge $700 for just the part. I can order the same one from Rock Auto for ~$300 plus ~$30 shipping, or I can really cheap out and go for the ~$120 one.

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/ram,2014,1500,3.6l+v6,3305959,engine,oil+filter+housing,12429

I know the Dorman unit is the best one, but I only plan on keeping the truck for another ~2 years so is it really worth the extra money?

Also, if I go with one that includes the sensors, am I better to swap out the replacement sensors with my originals? I've read a lot of reviews saying those cheap sensors are garbage.

Help choosing which brand to buy...

I need an oil filter housing assembly and the garage I go to is trying to charge $700 for just the part. The Canadian Tire nearest to me, which is still a 2+ hour round trip has the Dorman unit for $465+tax, and that's my only local option.

I can order the same one from Rock Auto for ~$310 plus ~$30 shipping, or I can really cheap out and go for the ~$117 one.

I only plan on keeping the truck for another ~2 years. Which one would you go with?
