hello, i downloaded serato just now and upon trying to load stuff into the left deck it just started doing this and then flashing different error messages. can anyone offer any help? thanks

help with setup
hey there, this may be a bit of a general question but i’m very new to setting up music equipment properly for personal and live play and i’m just wondering if anyone can offer some help
when using a two speaker pa system like a rockwell RPG2X10 V2, how would i go about setting up my macbook and numark NVII? please be specific with what cables i need to use and if there’s specific settings on serato i need to use? i’ve been using virtual dj with my laptop through bluetooth speakers for the longest time and i need to switch to a more professional setup

each time i try to view the tickets i have in the app for 2 upcoming events i get a red message that says
“Last updated on (the date i bought the tickets) Unable to refresh your tickets. Please check back later. APIError: /events/securetickets/vv1k7Z_AjeG7iTO_: 503”
i’ve tried the website too but that also won’t load and neither will let me add them to my mobile wallet. will they load close to the day of or am i cooked?
