Alchemist Shop was my first non Star Wars set, and won’t be my last!

I am SO charmed by the castle theme. It feels fresh and nostalgic at the same time.

If you see some tiny fingers, that’s my almost 4 YO who helped me from start to finish (took about 1 month 😅). This was special as this was also his first big build (he had done some micro ships from Star Wars) and it was so fun to see him enjoy the different play features. He especially loved the potion on the roof which he called “the tomato”

As time consuming and pricey this is, I’m hoping I can get a good Lego castle play set for him since he loved fighting with the little knights and such.

10/10 from me. Hope people can get their hands on this one.

Medieval Sets Ranked?

I'm new to the L castle theme and have started to collect the CMFs. Major issue right now? L sets are too high.

Looking at Lumibricks and some of these sets look downright gorgeous for knights, jesters, etc etc.

How would you guys rank the different sets in this lineup?

Forest Outpost and Medieval Guard Post both have my attention.

Creating a scene for Lego Castle CMFs to hang out...how would you go about it?

I'm new to Lego Castle and my goal currently is simple:

- Collect the lego castle CMFs and 1 knight of each faction

- Find a fun but affordable way to 'display' them in a scene?

How would you go about this? In particular sets come to mind that would be a fun way to incorporate them?

For example, right now I'm building the Alchemist Shop. I think a few of the castle CMFs have a place there, but not everyone.

I've thought also about just picking up a castle (maybe Horse Knight) and throwing them all in there?

Thanks for any insight or help with this quest!

For anyone wondering, right now all I have:

- Basil the Batlord
- Wolfpack Beastmaster

Planning to get next month:

- Falconer

- Orc with the cool sword and hairpiece

Tracking conversations vs calls

I work in B2B Telecommunications. My sales team is primarily focused on acquiring clients who don't have any account management and being their point of contact from there.

We are lucky enough to have another team that sets appointments for our team, but:

  1. I don't want them relying 100% on another team for the meetings they have

  2. That team has been up and down in terms of reps in the last few months, so we can't always rely on them to fill our calendars.

Outreach is a natural part of sales, but I read somewhere that it's better to track conversations vs calls (dials).

The conversations part is dependent on someone else picking up the phone and I don't want my reps to get discouraged when I tell them they need to have "x" minimum # of conversations a day.

I am open to any feedback or insight on this! What activity do you think is best and how do you measure that?

Beginnings of My Collection!

I love the idea of having the Minifigs along with the helmet. I really hope Lego starts to do that.

Now I need to figure out what helmets to pursue next.

Can’t tell you how many times I passed by the tie fighter pilot at our local target a few years back lol.

Why am I into Lego now? This whole reckless Ben thing got me going down the rabbit hole and the Star Wars fan in me can’t help himself so after buying a couple things here and there in the last few years, I’ve now bought 3-4 things in the last two weeks 😅

Would love to hear what helmets other people really like. Our local store has the Leia Boushh helmet completed for $55…could be worth? I have Luke and Mando coming in soon as well

Also curious what Minifigs you guys would recommend to go along with my Boba and Vader helmets

Future collecting projects:

ROTS Minifigs and sets
Rogue One minifigs
Jedi Council minifigs
Sith minifigs (Darth Malgus and Revan 😮‍💨😭)

I don’t need the box. If you have it opened, or disassembled that’s fine too.

Just don’t want to buy a completed build

How to introduce Yoto to almost 4 year old

Little late to the Yoto train, but I wanted to get something that helped my son develop his spanish. I only speak to him in Spanish, which is great, but I'm hoping this will be a great tool.

I showed him his Yoto player and played the 'Bailamos' card for him, but he didn't seem too interested?

He was also pretty tired that evening so could be that, but curious what you guys do? I see so many posts of people who "LOVE" their Yoto player and I would love to have this as an additional Spanish aid that he loves too. Thanks!

Went to start the dishwasher today and it wouldn’t cut on at all. No lights. Nothing.

Checked the breaker. It was good

Many videos telling me to check the Thermal Fuse but none of them look like my setup so I’m totally lost. Any thoughts? I looked up the manual but it didn’t detail it either unless I’m missing it.
