Student Placement coordinater HELP!
Hey people, im from a tier-3 btech college in Hyderabad. Im currently in my final year. My college had decent placements few years back like till 2025 grads batch, for 2025-26 tpo got changed and no.of decent companies visiting the campus has dropped significantly. It is still more worse for 2027 batch, currently 3 months since 3rd year is done, 1 month since 4th year classwork started, yet only 2 drives are done. I wanted to take up the task of Placement Coordinator, one of my known connection from IT industry told me that Student placement Coordinators can take the initiative , find mail ids of hrs/talent acquistion members and send them an invite. My college management has also granted me permission to do so. How do i find hr/talent acquistion team's connections? i tried using likedin but anyone of them barely respond. Looking for suggestions from current and senior fellow btech students .
