will i ever stop hating my height?

im a 5'7 asian-american male and my height really disgusts me. i workout to try to stay in decent shape, but whenever i look myself in the mirror i am always just frustrated and disgusted by how short i am and how small i look. for other short guys, does it ever get better and are there any steps to stop hating my appearance so much?

is it true that native german speakers get annoyed when foreigners try to speak german with them?

im a 20yo asian-american guy who loves learning german in college. my family, even tho they still support me learning german, always tell me how useless german is since everyone there speaks english so well. they say that everyone in germany speaks german so fluently that its pretty much impossible for german learners to actually practice and that natives frequently get "annoyed" and "impatient" with foreigners since it would be easier for them to just speak english. can anyone attest to how accurate that is? i know germany has one of the highest proficiency rates in english, but i still am very interested in the language and want to visit someday.

Does a woman's height actually matter for dating?

ive never seen a woman's height actually affect her life the same way a man's height does. my sister is 5'1 and its never seemed to affect to find a partner the way it would for a short guy like myself (5'7). do you think height actually matters for women when it comes to dating or do most people not care?

Is actually it true that height matters less for dating as you get older?

im a 5'7 college student at a school where the average male height is around 6' and the average female is about 5'7. after trying and failing constantly trying to just meet girls (in ways i thought were pretty normal), ive given up really trying to talk to girls atp in my life. in conjunction with my lack of social skills, i realized that lots of girls are just generally more attracted to a guy whose several inches taller rather than a guy whose the same height/barely taller (not tryna sound sexist, but just seems like the general trend around here). i just wanna know from yall's experience, does it get easier after college and does it matter less?

I'm a 20 yo 5'7 asian guy in college and i heard some brutal stories and statistics about dating apps (e.g only 15% of women on bumble would date a guy below 5'8). I've never used a dating app but I heard it's really tough for a lot of dudes who aren't especially tall or attractive. Is it worth it to stay off of them if that's the case or what do y'all think?
