I randomly got this notification - i get the weather alerts and low battery, but this is the first time I’ve seen this. I clicked on it and it didn’t show me anything in the app. Any ideas???

The paint on my wall was nicked when i was scrubbing it and it came off in a large bubble came off. I couldn’t resist picking at it. Can i just paint over this or do I need to apply a spackle of sorts beforehand?

I live in a rental but my landlord is more hands off and only comes around for big problem.
