For those of you that have taken oral minoxidil, how much shedding happens?

Female in 40s. Want to lose about 30lbs.
I just took my 2nd dose of 1MG Wegovy shot yesterday. I rotate areas.
So after almost 10 weeks on this, I lost maybe 1lb. :(
That is disappointing. I have had no side effects, my hunger has not gone.
I do 10K steps daily, and eat 1000-1400Cals a day.
What is going on?
Could someone tell me any sexual themes or inappropriate things in the series? I usually just skip right past it, my 13yr old is watching with me.

I have lower disc bulge, and usually wake up with lower back stiffness and pain.
I am on almost 4th week trial of Tempur-pedic Pro Adapt and it has not been helping.
I was looking at Saatva Classic Medium or Helix Midnight Luxe ErgoAlign.
Anyone tried these or have a better one?
Is there a co-op shooting story mode type game on Ps5 that does not have nudity, sexual themes or extreme profanity?
