I am 40 and has been trying HRT since a few few months now. My PCP was dismissed so I got HRT through online provider . She started me off with .025 MG estrogen batch, and 100 MG progesterone which is later upped to 200 MG. Now the problem is I cannot tolerate estrogen patch anymore. I am doing half of the .025 MG patch and even that gives me horrible chest tightness and breathing difficulties so patches pretty much off the table for me in between she prescribed estrogen gel .25 MG and that did not have any side effects on me, but I didn’t notice any particular improvement either. I would have loved to stay on that but my insurance doesn’t cover it and expensive for daily use. She didn’t have any other options for me other than suggesting me to try Macca root and cohosh.

Has anyone gone through the same and found any other options? Progesterone helps me sleep better so I am just taking that nightly right now. I might get some testosterone too based on my numbers from my next appointment. But I am really disheartened that there is nothing I can do to help improve the estrogen in my body .Any tips and advice, please🙏🏽

I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere so am probably in minority but did the Sunnath scene make anyone feel extremely uncomfortable like it made me ? It looked like sexual assault and infact thats what it is !

They were trying to portray it as a comedy sequence but no part of it felt funny to me( ok maybe the part where friends were eating biriyani after was ), especially the actual incident was shot in a way that trivializes assault and it didn’t sit right with me at all. A boy being forcibly held down by a group of people while they did that .. ugh left a bad taste in my mouth even days after watching the movie.. and then others coming and checking on it - does it actually go like that in real life too 🥴 ?

My jaws are on the floor seeing how much these 4 can eat especially Mannah. They went all that way just to eat and eat they did !! They didn’t go to any of the famous shrines or palaces or stunning spots that make Japan unique but just spent the whole days eating one thing after another . Never seen a vlog like this ever lol but I guess nice that all 4 are on the same page with priorities😝. I feel like I have indigestion now ,after watching it for 1 hr +. None else watched ? Because I thought I will find a post here already😁
