Autumn friends, I just learned that German has a specific word to describe: the joy or excitement about autumn and the things associated with it. “Herbstfreude” literally translate to English: “autumn joy.” Isn’t it amazing?

The first sign of autumn has arrived in our countryside 🍂🍁

9 days until (Northen Hemisphere’s) Meteorological Autumn and 30 days to Astronomical Autumn. My countdown has started so I’m sharing some more scenes from my happy place in the fall with y’all. Photos are taken by the talented Austin Rutland.
