Just booked Maui in mid-December. Will snorkeling and diving be doable?

I can still change my trip dates but I’m curious if anyone here recommends mid-December before Christmas?

It’s supposed to be a good time to see whales, but I’m unsure if snorkeling and diving are going to be good given ocean conditions. It sounds like June and September are better months for that? Staying 5 nights and looking at adding a night or two. I’d also like to avoid hurricane season so I’m open to any ‘shoulder’ months with calmer weather.

Is this offer worth it?

The catch is you must attend the 2 hr long timeshare scam. Does that ruin the trip? Any other catches or things to be worried about here?

What’s a risk that you took that put you ahead in life?

I’m seeking some inspiration from other men. Playing it safe is boring. What’s a risk you took that made your life a lot better?

How many of you drive your truck without an aftermarket warranty?

My 2020 sierra 6.2L AT4’s warranty is ending next month. It has 76K miles with no significant issues so far (besides an a/c condenser). Is it worth buying another afternarket warranty for 3-6K? If the engine blows, that’s 15-20k I don’t have to spend on an engine.

Would you get another warranty or trade it in for something more reliable? I like the truck but not the potential engine failure. I have about 25k left in payments on it.
