What happened in the snakepit/front of the crowd tonight?

Sat right above the walkway to the stage.

First some lad gets escorted out by load of high vis but looks quite peaceful, maybe he was injured?

Then probably some 15 minutes later some big lad is scrapping wth the yellow top security and being dragged out down the walkway.

Fighting?

Golden circle tickets - question

I'm looking to pick up some resale golden circle tickets, but they are unclear if they are VIP early entry or standard. The face value is 375 according to the listings on StubHub. Was there ever standard golden circle?

One kidney - help wth one I need to be doing

Bit of a personal one, but I’m hoping to hear from anyone who has been through something similar.

I’m in the UK and I lost my right kidney two years ago, when I was 36, due to kidney cancer.

Since surgery, my kidney function has been monitored through follow-ups. My eGFR was 59 after surgery, then dropped to 42 around six months later when my creatinine was over 160. By August it had improved to 54, with creatinine around 142. I recently had a private blood test and my eGFR was back to 59, with creatinine down to 132. A dip test also showed no protein in my urine.

Up until now, none of my doctors have seemed especially concerned. I’ve never been referred to a nephrologist, and whenever I asked about diet, exercise, alcohol, or restrictions, the advice was mostly just to avoid NSAIDs, ease off protein shakes, and stay hydrated.

Then last week I got a random, very brief phone call from my GP saying I should be added to the CKD stage 3 register because my eGFR is low, even for someone with one kidney. There wasn’t much explanation or practical advice, and honestly it’s sent me into a bit of a panic. (This was before my private basic test)

I’m waiting for proper urine results and repeat blood tests next week, and I’m also trying to speak to a nephrologist. But in the meantime I’ve gone down the online rabbit hole and I’m finding the advice really confusing.

Some places say eat wholegrains, brown rice, potatoes, oats, fish, etc. Others say avoid too many wholegrains and choose white rice or white bread because of phosphate and potassium. Some advice says exercise is great, but then I read that too much intense training or heavy lifting might be bad. I’m now overthinking everything I eat and every workout I do.

I’m pretty active, play sport, and go to the gym. My protein intake has probably been around 1g/kg most of the time, sometimes up to 1.4g/kg. I used to have one or two Huel shakes a day, but I’ve stopped those for now because I’m not sure what’s sensible anymore. I used to take a multivitamin but stopped, drank mushroom coffee and now stopped. I've also not restricted myself with eating out of having snacks. I also had a low period with injury and other stuff where I ate bad, slept bad and gained weight. This phone call has got me thinking I've trashed my remaining kidney.

I know I need to wait for my actual results and proper medical advice, but the lack of explanation has made me really anxious. I don’t want to ignore anything important, but I also don’t want to unnecessarily restrict my diet, stop training, or panic over every food choice.

Has anyone else with one kidney or CKD stage 3 been through this? Any experience or practical advice would be really appreciated.
