Recording Covers

Since quite a few people have been asking how covers can be recorded, here's a simple workflow that should help anyone getting started.

🎙️ For Raw Vocals

- Record using your phone's built-in Voice Recorder or an app like BandLab.

- Record in a quiet environment to minimize background noise.

🎵 For Covers with Music

  1. Find a karaoke/instrumental version of the song.

  2. If one isn't available, generate it using Moises or any vocal remover website.

  3. Create a new project in BandLab and import the karaoke track.

  4. Add another audio track and record the vocals while listening to the instrumental.

  5. Play everything back and make sure the vocals are properly synced with the music. Adjust the timing if needed.

  6. Apply effects if desired. BandLab offers plenty of built-in effects, although they're completely optional.

  7. Once satisfied with the recording, export it in M4A format for good audio quality.

🍎 For iPhone Users

GarageBand is a great alternative to BandLab and offers a very similar workflow.

P.S. The apps and websites mentioned above are only examples of tools that can be used. This isn't a promotion of any particular app or service, it's simply a workflow shared because many members have been asking about the recording process. Feel free to use whichever tools you're most comfortable with.

The Curse of Caring Too Deeply

I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with me.

No matter how many times I get hurt, I still end up caring too deeply for people the moment they feel genuine to me. I give my time, effort, attention, emotional energy… I remember small details, stay when they need someone, try to make them feel valued even on their worst days.

And for a while, it feels real.

But somehow, almost every time, things change. Sometimes they find someone new. Sometimes life pulls them away. Sometimes fear or circumstances step in. And suddenly I’m left sitting there wondering why I was so easy to lose while they became so important to me.

The worst part is that I don’t even hate them.

I just sit there questioning myself:

Why do I never learn?

Why can’t I stop caring?

Why do I keep opening my heart knowing how badly it can break?

I tried convincing myself to become cold. To stop feeling so much. To stop attaching meaning to people. But no matter how hurt I get, I never fully become that person.

Thank you for reading it, I just needed to vent it out somewhere..

What slowly destroys a person?

Not every heartbreak comes from love.

Sometimes it comes from realizing you meant far less to someone who meant so much to you.

How did you come to know of swtor?

How did you guys know of SWTOR?

In my case, I played KOTOR 1 and 2 and then badly wanted a sequel and started searching for a game like that and found this online, that swtor serves as a sequel to both the previous games and then the rest is history, this game literally became my most played game.. lol

So, did you guys play swtor after both the kotor games or directly started swtor because of being a sw fan or like mmorpg fan in general?
