Hey guys, I’m confused about what to do and would really appreciate some advice as onboarding things have started at HCLtech

I’ve been selected for HCLTech and have a confirmed offer. The service agreement has a 12-month commitment and mentions ₹50k damages if I leave early.

I’ve also received an LOI from Deloitte USI for the NLA (Analyst Trainee) role, with joining expected by Dec-Feb.

My concern is that if I join HCL now and Deloitte gives the final offer around Dec-Feb, how to face things at HCL so that I could get into Deloitte.

What would you suggest me

•Join HCL now and switch if Deloitte comes, or wait for Deloitte?

I really want to work at Deloitte..!!

Even I am ready to pay that ₹50k to HCL so that I can join Deloitte...!!

Please help me..!!
