Hi! I have a helix piercing and wanted to get similar jewelry to the character that I'm cosplaying soon. I've searched for chunky/wide helix hoops/clickers/huggies, and haven't found what I'm looking for. I do want it to be about as wide as 1.2 to 1.7 cm, thought a little wider is fine with me. Second photo is a cuff, so not what I'm looking for, but about the width I'm thinking of.

So as the title says, I got a Kyleena IUD inserted 2 weeks ago. Since then, I've had pretty severe cramping. Oddly enough, I don't get them in the morning but the cramping starts, without fail, at around 1230-1400 every single day. The cramps last until I go to bed, and when I wake up I feel nothing. Because I wake up and don't feel anything, I don't take pain meds until it's an issue because I don't want the risks of taking them too regularly--so the cramps coming at the same time every day isn't as a result of medication wearing off. I can't figure out why this is the case but at least it's relatively predictable...
