My boyfriend is a hoarder and I'm struggling to continue "dealing with it".

My boyfriend (M17) is a hoarder and has been for many years. He mainly hoards clothes, and other fashion accessories, as well as makeup and crafting supplies. He's young, so he still lives with his parents. It's just his room thats like this. His parents don't seem to care much and don't do really anything about it. I'm the only one who seems to express concern. I'm tired of pretending I'm okay wit the mess, I'm not. It bothers me a lot. I'd like to consider myself a clean and tidy person and being in his room gives me high stress and frustration. I don't like sleeping over or being in there for long periods of time, but I do it anyway, because I love him. I've become increasingly frustrated with it and I'm considering just not coming over anymore. I've tried to help him nany times, but it is such a large accumulation of stuff, it's so difficult to even make a small dent into it. Even if I clean off his floors, theres still tons of amounts of shit hiding in his multiple closets and drawers. Its even harder when I have to ask him if I'm allowed to throw away something and he keeps saying no, and picking things out of the garbage. I just don't know what to do anymore. I need help. I don't want to damage our relationship but I can't do this for much longer.

Replacements for Bens N Jerrys

I'm sure everyone has seen the Ben N Jerrys israel ice cream by now, and I know the owners don't support it and don't have much control over it rn, but I cannot be spending money on an ice cream brand that has a literal israel flavor. My favorite ice cream is one of their flavors called Phish Food, and I need help finding a replacement for it. It's a chocolate ice cream with caramel and marshmallow swirls and little chocolate pieces. If anyone knows a different ice cream that has all of these things in it, or is at least similar, PLEASE let me know!!!! I'm dying without this ice cream.

Had this weird infection in my armpits for years, have no idea what it is. (Possibly gross warning?)

I've had this (possible) skin infection in my armpits for years and I don't know what it is. I can't afford to go to a dermatologist myself and my mom won't take me, yet I keep reminding her. She's a nurse herself, she thought it was a fungal infection. I do sweat a lot and very easily, so I thought that was probably the case. I regularly used fungal cream but nothing really happened, so I gave up on it. I shower once or twice a day and I clean my pits every time. Sometimes it can be a little painful or very itchy, but most of the time it's just slightly uncomfortable and I'm able to ignore it. If anyone knows what this could be, or how I should treat it, please let me know. I really want to see a dermatologist, but as I stated, I don't have the time or money rn. Thank you

Description of the infection: Flaky skin the peels off, red irritated patches and a different rough skin texture. Hyperpigmentation/darker, brown skin in armpit area. Causes slight discomfort, can sometimes be painful or severely itchy, gets worse when I sweat and don't shower. Gets redder with irritation (friction and sweat)

It looks worse in person, the photos don't do it justice for how nasty it is
