Reminder: Alaska Airlines participated in the kidnapping of Yemeni children by Israel and still brags about it on their website
In 1950, Israel kidnapped Yemeni Jewish children and stole them so they could give the family to European Jewish families occupying Palestine in what they named “Operation Magic Carpet”. Alaska Airlines participated in it and brags about it on their website decades later.

Any boycott safe Black-Owned/Black Skin friendly makeup brands?
Hi everyone! I'm a black girl who does makeup and I recently learned that most of the makeup brands that I use are tied to Israel, so before I start investing in brands that might not show up on my skin, I want to know if anybody has any recommendations for makeup brands that are not tied to Israel and that are inclusive to black people.
Is It Selfish Or Problematic To Take a Break from Posting in this Situation?
I use TikTok to post Palestine awareness/ boosting Palestinian videos to help them each day. But today, my I found myself getting worse and worse mentally, and I knew this wasn’t sustainable in the long term as a teenager. So the sensible thing I did was make a post on TikTok, informing everyone I’ve helped and everyone else that I am going to be taking a break for one day. Even though this topic is serious, is it still wrong to take a break even if it’s to improve yourself mentally and come back feeling refreshed and ready to help?
How to navigate a relationship who knowingly breaks a boycott for career advancement?
A person I know was seemingly "suggested" to collaborate with an Israeli industry by claiming it's "leftist", clearly with a coercive element involving their precarious position. The person was aware of broader israeli boycott but decided to commit to this act anyway despite being sympathetic to Palestinian rights (though they are careful about what they say explicitly). This recent incident has kind of shaken me up to see the choice made when personal interest collides with broader movement solidarity. I'm wondering how you navigate such a situation, especially the fact that it changes how you recontextualize the person's choice in such a situation.
I tried to explain to them that the broader industry's big names had signed up in the boycott, especially when said industry has deeper than usual ties to the industrial complex directly complicit in the genocide in Gaza.
Phone recommendations
I need to buy a new phone. I’m looking for something compact, well-designed, with excellent battery life, that doesn’t overheat, and most importantly, has a great camera for photos and videos.
I used to have an Oppo A17, and I currently have a Samsung A15, but I preferred the Oppo a lot more. The only issue is that it no longer gets updates. Fairphones are too expensive for me, and I want to buy something new.
I was thinking about the Xiaomi 15T or the Oppo Reno 15, but I’ve also heard that the CMF Phone 2 is a good option.
My budget is around 400 euros, and I’d really appreciate your help.

My little brother deserves real toys, not this
I filmed this video of my little brother today.
He was running around smiling and playing, and for a second it looked like such a normal childhood moment. But when I looked at what he was actually playing with, it broke me.
He had taken a cola can and turned it into something like a little fan, then stuck it onto an empty water bottle. He runs while holding the bottle, and because of the air, the fan spins. That became his toy. That became his game.
And the worst part is that he genuinely loves it.
I keep watching him and thinking: how did it come to this? How did children in Gaza get reduced to making toys out of trash and ruins just to have one small moment of fun? Why does my little brother have to search for happiness in an empty bottle and a cola can instead of having real toys, a safe playground, and a normal life like any child anywhere else?
He doesn’t have parks to run in. He doesn’t have safe streets. The streets around us are destroyed. Childhood here has been stripped down to survival, and even play has become something children have to invent from whatever they can find around them.
It hurts me in a way I can’t fully explain. Because he is still just a child. He should be worrying about cartoons, toys, and games. Not growing up surrounded by destruction. Not learning how to make a toy out of scraps because there is nothing else.
People always talk about the numbers coming out of Gaza, but behind every number is a child like my brother. A child trying to create joy with almost nothing. A child who still deserves softness, safety, laughter, and a real childhood.
I’m sharing this because I want people to see what this war has done, even to the smallest details of life. Not only the deaths, not only the hunger, not only the destruction. But also what it steals from children day by day is their normal lives, their innocence, and the simple things that should never have been taken from them in the first place.
My little brother deserved better than this. Every child here does.
Romania has signed a landmark €2 billion weapons agreement with Israeli occupation arms manufacturer Rafael Advanced Defense Systems-the largest contract in the company's history.
Rafael produces the Iron Dome, SPYDER air-defense system, Spike missile family, and Trophy tank protection system, all of which have seen operational use during Israel's campaigns in Gaza and Lebanon. The deal deepens Europe's military ties with Israel despite growing international condemnation of it's war crimes.
Is gaza cola legit?
Hello,
I just ordered a pack of 24 from their website then I keep seeing online people say that the money doesn't actually go to Gaza?
Really not looking to spread any negativity, cant wait to give it a taste try.
Thanks

tehrantimes.comNeed phone replacement, help?
Hello all,
I recently damaged my iPhone11 which I've had for years, and I need a replacement. I am planning on buying a refurbished phone, but I don't know what brand to go with. iPhone generally seems like a no, but so does Samsung, and that feels like its all my options lol. I live in the US and have ATT and still want to have a smartphone. I really don't know what to do.
Does buying a refurbished iPhone or Samsung device make it OK? I'm not looking to get a recent model, something newer than my iPhone11 just because it started to get really slow and bothersome to use, but not the knew iPhone as its rumored to have a chip made in Israel.
IDK what to do. I imagine others have been in similar situations over the years.
Any advice is welcome.
Is it problematic if I purchase from Dollar Tree if I could not find any alternative store that sells the snack I wanted
I’m trying to stay on my boycott by staying away from all companies with direct ties to you know who and brands on the BDS list. Although today, I had to go to dollar tree to buy a specific brand of chips called Brim’s Hot Cheese Curls (which is a ethical and non-boycotted snack btw) because I couldn’t find these anywhere else and I had no other option. Is it problematic that I went there even if there wasn’t an alternative store that had the snack I wanted and I had no choice? I’m using this according to Dissocupied standards that says not to take a position on retail stores unless they have direct ties to you know who. Don’t worry, I’m trying the best of my ability as a teenager to stay away from everything connected to Israel directly. I’m mostly doing my boycott of a mix of BDS standards and Gaza.nu and Dissocupied, I even had scanned the snacks I got from the store before buying it because no other store sold them.
