I and my partner like to go on morning walks somewhere out side of usuals on weekeds. Looking for some recommendations

I found a spec that I am looking for from a private party in my locality (Austin), A 2023 HW4 6 seater and about to pull the trigger. Seller is basically asking to beat Tesla's trade in value by 2k which I felt is extremely reasonable.

I currently have a Polestar 2 and this will be a huge upgrade in every way imaginable. I have a few questions to the current owners especially 2023+:

Biggest worry, out of comprehensive warranty.

1. car has done 51k miles. What should be the acceptable battery degradation given the mileage and age?
2. I am reading that the air suspension get can pretty expensive if it needs any work. How to ensure that suspension is in good shape? Are there any known issues in this regard?
3. Read that older models had issues with auto front doors and falcon doors. Any concerns with 2023+?
4. Any tips to make sure I am not getting a bad car?

I have a MacBook Pro 14” M3 Max 64gb that I absolutely love to the core. Currently most of the development happens on the on MBP and get deployed on Mac Mini M1 16/256.

Mini is hitting frequent memory limits. So I have two options:

1. Buy a Mac Studio with similar specs

(will sell current MBP as I don’t need two powerful machines)

1. Keep MBP as a dedicated server

Either way, I will have to sell Mac Mini and buy an Air 13 for accessing my server from anywhere.

If anyone has been using Mac as server and leave it connected, please let me know your experiences.

Update - Decided on following:

1. ⁠Setup my 64GB M3 Max as my home server (connected to power 24x7).

2. ⁠Sell Mac Mini M1 16/256 and buy M5 14” Pro 24GB RAM for regular use.

Can anyone let me know what recharge is necessary to achieve above?

My P2 lease is up soon. Decided to own this time. Child on the way and job changes and few other life changes - so don't want to keep counting miles.

I was looking for P3s and entire US Polestar website is not showing a single CPO P3. Are they that bad that Polestar doesn't wanna offer any extended warranty?

My lease is due in August. However, it appears I will reach my miles by end of June or early July.

This is my first lease so miles restriction is a bit limiting. I have an option to turn it in and get anew lease ($3000) royalty. However, my usage is going to unpredictable with baby on the way. So looking to buy a P3 2024+ CPO instead.

If I go over by say 500miles or so, is Polestar strict about mileage? I returned my buddy’s M3 when he was overseas, over driven by 700miles and BMW didn’t mind it (2024).

Also has anybody negotiated 12k miles/month lease with Polestar? My space is adamant about 10kmiles per year.
