Brain fogged or Is it normal to be like this?

Recently I have been brain fogged. I don't know if it's because I have started staying and learning to be alone. I don't wish to talk to people, I don't want to go out. Neither the urge to complete my pending work nor any fun activity. Merely bed rotting. Is it how life is? I don't want this.

How can I stop this? My sleep cycle is ruined. Staying awake till 3 and then waking up at 12. I don't want this!

How to get clarity on that one path?

How does one get to know what they want to do in their career? What is their passion, and will they be able to do it? How to make it to that one step when you have thousands of things to do but not able to choose which one where you might be able to do all and somewhere want to capture it all?

How? When? And how does your own self guide you? How do you attain that clarity? On what factors?

Is it that difficult for me to make genuine good relations?

it's been the last 6-7 months, I shifted to this place for my work. i didn't know anyone back then, now I know people but the bond is still not there. met some on the work, vibes well for the initial month and then it reduced. may be work, but whenever on chats, I am the one who starts the convo, answers everything and even go and extra floor to meet them BUT still I think something lacked. they have dwelled internally making smaller circles, it's okay but atleast for the courtesy they could ask me if I wanted to join. Even when I am there, they tend to either ignore or a mere hello and leave, I mean weren't we friends?

all this conclusion to mention, these months I tried in team, apart from the team but this place didn't give me anyone to vibe with or even call someone as a friend. I couldn't meet even one, one genuine person at this place after so long.

And the funnier part, i mention my so-called office friends are good to my team, my team is good to my friends.

WHILE NOONE I CAN CALL WHEN IT GETS HEAVY.

WOAH!

Is it that difficult for me to make genuine good relations? And how to know who are the genuine ones, and maybe I am missing out?

How to know?

I never thought I’d ask this, but how does someone truly know they’re in love, and whether those feelings might be mutual? How can you tell when you like someone as more than just a friend? When do such emotions actually begin, and what makes them different from simple attraction or attachment? It can feel confusing trying to understand if what you’re experiencing are genuine feelings or just something temporary, especially when you’re unsure how to read both your own heart and the other person’s signals.

Lately, I’ve been feeling really off. I’m not sure what it is, but I’ve become distant and withdrawn. My mind feels all over the place, like it’s in a fog, and I just can’t make sense of anything. It’s almost as if I’ve lost the urge to talk to anyone or even engage with the world. I find myself being harsh, even with the people I care about, and then I regret it, but at the same time, part of me wonders if it was necessary. It’s like I’m stuck in this phase where I want to be left alone, avoid contact, and just vanish from everything. It’s not the way I used to be, and I’m struggling to figure out why.

What should I do? 😭

Few months back, i struggled with a disease that went on to reduce my weight. And now it's again back - the fact that it's not just the eating habits but the cortisol and inflammation that has taken over. I remain stressed and physically have little active work. I want to get rid of this bloody fat. Pls help me out, possibly with some pocket friendly and vegetarian steps and a bit early.
