Listing Agent Recommendations

I've seen a few home buyers ask for recommendations on here, and get some recommendations for buying agents. Does anyone have a superstar listing agent they would recommend? I know there is plenty of overlap, but the skill set can be a little different. This the home of an older gentleman who has let some maintenance items lapse in recent years. We need to figure out the best bang-for-the-buck projects to get the house sale-ready, advice on staging, the best time to list, etc. Thanks in advance

Adding shade to court

We are looking at a week of temps in the high 90s where I am. Does anyone have a good solution to adding a little shade to a court enclosed in open chain link fence? Probably not the court, per se, but maybe the benches behind. I bring a big golf umbrella sometimes, but I'm sure there are better solutions.

Options for thickness > 16mm

I've been playing with a used Selkirk Luxx Air S2, with a 19mm core, and really enjoying the added control. I don't have trouble generating my own power but I do appreciate the extra control on soft shots and resets. But since this paddle was used when I got it, it is showing some wear and tear. The extra-thick paddle landscape seems limited. So far I have seen the Selkirk Luxx line, Diadem Warrior, Babolat Wizard Pro, and CPX Pro.

Any recommendations for extra-thick-core control paddles?

Contracts for Bands

When a band signs a record deal, or a booking contract, or signs with a manager, does "the band" sign the contract? Does one person sign on behalf of the band, or does each individual member of the band sign? Or do they each sign separate contracts as individuals, or something else? How does it work?

My salvia just won't stop!

Planted this salvia last year, and it maxed out about the size of a 5 gallon bucket. This year it is about 5x larger and keeps growing (banana added for scale). On the one hand, nicely done. In the other, it is taking over this section of my garden. Can I prune it back around the edges? Or should I just let it do its thing? I'm afraid if it gets much bigger the weight of the outer stems with cause them to grow outward and leave the plant donut-shaped

Looking for suggestions

This area was just a file of construction debris when we moved in 3 years ago. My wife wants to keep the area around the birdbath as an annual garden. I'm looking for ideas to help fill in the area on the other side of the path.

The large bush on the right is burning bush (I kinda hate it but it is so healthy and vigorous that I have left it...for now). I'm open to ideas for replacing with something to add structure.

The largeish bush on the left is a salvia that has just gone crazy this spring. Catmint in the foreground, lemon-thyme along the path and a couple of baptisia in the back.

I'm looking for some fun flowering things to put in the middle where the pots are currently. Maybe some echinacea, or lupine, or ???

5b/6a, upstate NY (Capital district area). This garden gets direct sun from 10/11am through 6 or 7 pm
