Animal Chewed on Plastic Grille
Some medium-sized animal (likely a dog) did a number of the flexible plastic parts of our front bumper’s grille. See picture in the comments. Any tips on how to repair this short of replacing the entire bumper assembly?
Thinking remove the chewed-up parts with a knife and then using some kind of plastic repair product, but not sure which (or if this is even the right approach). Thanks!

I'm Tired, Boss
The first team member that I hired just put in his notice (he bought a house recently that's further away, now he's got a remote position). The team member I inherited left for a substantial promotion in April. A new hire at a level below me for my colleague's team is making more than I am. Vibes in the office are totally dead, half of the other team was forced onto PIPs recently. Our executive is fairly "sink or swim" as far as the work we do goes. I got put into this role as a promising individual contributor, I think I have good skills for this job and I do care, but with no real support to guide/help me develop I've just been trying to keep my head above water and I'm tired.
I have one new-ish hire who was supposed to complete the core team, and now... we're here. I think I'm leaving, too, I have standing job offer I can take. I've learned so much, (including that this job would probably be better off filled by someone else)
Good morning, everyone,
One of our daughter’s shirts has staining (see pic), and won’t come out after all of our typical stain treating/long soak methods. This happens to like one random article of clothing in the wash every so often, and just won’t come out of anything it happens to.
This shirt hasn’t even been left damp so that it would mildew (so don’t think it’s mildew spots, even though it looks like it a bit).
Any ideas of what it could be? Thanks for your advice!!
