Im curious what the explanation is on Benedict in the beginning remembering her lips when speaking to another women, who isn’t Sophie, why does he not immediately recognize her from the details he knew disqualified the other women?

My firstborn was 10lbs 5oz born 40wks 5days. I was extremely sore and torn after birth, painful was an understatement and I bled profusely for a full 8-9 weeks. I remember leaking blood all over myself and the hospital bathroom 🚽 thank god for the nurses who came to clean it up after, but everytime I pulled my pants down I was steady dripping blood all over everything.
What did you do differently for your second L&D and was it just as bad, worse, or better? Post partum things you bought and used from the beginning that helped?
My son is four and he is very active. I usually take him to the park daily or run and play with him. Im at the park and I could barely run at all, it’s difficult climbing the stairs here and I feel really uncomfortable and out of shape. Is this because of im not moving my body enough or is anyone else experiencing this?
Im waiting to see my OBGYN in two hours, laying down waiting for movement, minor aching no blood. I feel so anxious and broken down right now.
