Picanha, Beef cheek, Hanger steak.
Figured I’d mix things up a little with the cuts and spend extra for fun. I’m usually a ribeye guy when I want a steak, and then short ribs in a slow cooker when I want that type of goodness.
Hanger is obviously lean, will be adding supplemental fat, but I’ve never tried it. Exciting…
