Pest control repair seem legit?

I recently had a pest problem (raccoons) and a pest control company came and completed this as the repair. I’ve never seen a screw through a shingle, is that normal?

I’m now having moisture in my drywall and I suspect this could be the culprit.

I didn’t have the moisture issue before this fix.

Does this look normal and water tight?

Venting Dana 30 front diff

I recently swapped out the front diff fluid and learned this thing has to vent. I’m almost certain it’s a Dana 30, but maybe I’m wrong. I’ve spent hours and hours trying to figure out where the vent hole is but to no avail. I’ve watched videos, read around the internet, tried AI, and I’m still not able to figure it out.

Can someone please help me?

Before you roast me, I am an aspiring grease monkey and bought this CJ7 about 10 years ago and am learning along the way. I’ve got a couple boys aged 2.5 and 3.5 that LOVE riding in this jeep.

My hope is one day they’ll want to work on it with me. I’m a novice on my best day but I want to know enough by the time they’re old enough to be able to teach them a few things.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

No USMNT Youth stripes kit customizable

I’ve searched for a few days trying to find a customizable home kit for my son.

I really want to get him a #3 Richards kit

Seems like a major miss to not have the presumed captain’s hero jersey available for kids.

Am I missing something here?

Smells from air system in ‘22 Canyon Elevation 4x4

I’ve been battling smells from my cabin air system for 8-9 months now. Mostly sweet smells that last for 1-2 minutes after starting the car, which made me think heat soak or something similar.

After multiple failed attempts from one dealership, I went to another who replaced my heater core under warranty about a month ago.

The smell still exists and now there are other smells from time to time.

I bought it used, so lemon law doesn’t apply and I’ve even looked into Magnusson Moss…

Anyone have any other idea what it could be or things I could try to fix on my own?

Returns Check

A couple months ago everyone was way down.

Curious what people’s returns are now.

I wrote the month/year I invested in these specific Pilots.

Overall, I’m pleased. How do others feel?
