Recommendations for Fireworks displays in or near Folsom

New to the area. Would like to go to a local fireworks display. Not willing to travel too much just to see a "better" show. Just want to see something. Would like to stay within Folsom / EDH / Rancho Cordova if possible. And if you recommend seeing it from a nearby but less crowded area, that would be preferred too. I enjoy this kind of thing when its convenient and not too crowded. Thanks.

Has anyone bought the hemnes bookcase lately?

How's the quality? I bought one about 10 years ago and like it. Just wondering if they've made any bad cost saving changes.

Did that baseball broadcaster ever use Greg Cote's catchphrases?

This was 2-4 weeks ago, but they had a baseball broadcaster on and encouraged him to use Greg Cote's catchphrases in a broadcast. I don't remember who, or if he was a local or national broadcaster. But I haven't been able to watch DLS lately. I was reminded of it and wanted to know if that broadcaster actually did it. I'll try to hunt down the DLS show if he did.

Need many ideas for snacks

I am about a month into my commitment to Mediterranean Diet for health reasons. I am doing ok. I don't miss the food i am supposed to avoid. It was more of a convenience and cost thing. I'm fairly happy sticking to the daily and sometimes lists of food.

But what is challenging me is snacks. I get cravings and so far i try to satisfy them with fruit, baby carrots, unsalted nuts (but i eat too many) or feta cheese. But I would love to get a ton of ideas to try.

In particular, if they're simple/easy, available from Costco or Walmart, that's going to help me the most. I just don't have too much time to dedicate to my food prep. I like crunchy things and baby carrots are satisfying that. I just need more variety.

Thank you for your ideas.

Edit: I am grateful for all of the suggestions. Too many to respond to them all. Thank you. I'll be going over this with my wife and we're excited for these new things to try.

I am creating a new google account via webpage on pc. The process asks to verify phone number by scanning a QR code that they display. I go through the steps but google says the phone number verification failed and i should try inserting a sim card or activating an esim. I have an esim (Pixel 10 pro). Doesn't matter if I have wifi connected or not. Has been failing for several days (I waited a few days in-between). Has anyone been through this, or tried to create a new google account and succeeded?
