It's 1am and the cafe on the ground floor is making an unbelievable amount of noise again. I finally got to sleep early and have now been awake since 22.30. I have to get up at 5.00 for work. How do I report this? The police number for Breda says something about contacting the gemeente. Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Sorry for the English, I'm fed up

I am about to move into an apartment. My friend lives next door and when i mentioned getting huurtoeslag, she said i couldn't because the apartments on that floor are supposed to be one apartment and have been illegally separated into multiple apartments and it could cause issues for the landlords. She was surprised when I said they hadn't mentioned this to me. I said that's not my problem and that I will try to get toeslag anyway because it's not a low rent and I could really use the toeslag. Is it worth risking? What are my rights in this case?
Hi! I'm moving to breda soon and have no furniture apart from a dining table and a temporary bed. Where could I get things like dining chairs, wardrobes, bookshelves,.. everything, really, without breaking the bank? Any good second-hand stores I should consider in the area? Delivery at a fee is also something I'd consider. Thanks!

I've gathered up all the documents I need, bar 1 or 2 I need to wait a bit longer for and have signed up for social housing. I also checked Funda and Pararius and it's actually scary how little there is and so much of it is for students (I'm 31 and a permanent resident).
