Low dose testosterone/sex drive but low energy?

Has anyone else had a really high sex drive from low-dose testosterone, quickly? I just recently started it, and I double checked to make sure I’m measuring my dosage, correct …. My sensitivity is back like insanely and my sex drive is almost too high, but I don’t feel like the motivation yet or more energy in actual life yet?

I am hoping everything else will come, but I’ve actually felt less strong during workouts, but then way more sensitivity and to drive for sex. 🤔

Is this normal?

I’ve noticed most women here wear mini skirts or dresses with cowboy boots. I took a few fitting-room photos and would love honest feedback. Which outfit looks the most current and flattering? What should I keep looking for?
I’m in my 30s. Outfit for going on dates for maybe going to dinner walks etc

Not with these boots, but is this dress flattering or does it look cute? Also how would I style it? I’m in my 30s and i love the Boho chic summer americana styles but not sure how to dress🤷‍♀️

Extreme fatigue during workout

Hi, I am on week three of TRT, at a low dose (now 5mg/ week) of test cyp injections.

The last probably two weeks I have felt extreme fatigue while working out to where I can’t perform at all. My whole body just feels so heavy when I start my workout.

I can’t even complete exercises that would normally be somewhat easy for me. Today for the first time ever I just had to walk out of class because I can’t even hold one position. It’s really not like me at all.

Has anyone had this?

low t3 also on cytomil.

What was your starting dose?

Thyroid issues and high shbg, low testosterone.

I’ve taken 3mg this week, thinking of just starting at 5mg/week now after lots of reading and internal back-and-forth.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Is 1mg / week too low?

I just took my first testosterone cyp injection ever, and I feel I’ve just been so brainwashed, but I’m so scared to get any bad side effects, but I also want to feel better so bad!!!

Has anyone been able to feel anything on super low-dose injection or how soon will I start to feel better?!

I also have low thyroid function, high SHBG, high FSH, and low estrogen.

My total testosterone is at 19.

I want to feel better ASAP, but I just don’t want to have any bad side effects so I only took 1 mg.

correct form being pigeon toed

I am pigeon toed and I’ve noticed my form is not correct for certain poses…. Any suggestions to prevent injury?

For example:

Warrior 2…

My front toes do not want to face forward and my knee wants to curl inward. It’s interrupting my flow, correcting posture each time and I think it might be easier if I narrow my stance? Does anyone else that is pigeon toad or know what I mean and what do you do differently?

Taking t3 twice a day

Anyone take t3 twice a day instead of full dose in morning?

After listening to a thyroid book, I learned T3 has a short half-life, says it only lasts like 4 hours. I’m thinking of taking it twice a day instead of once.

Also thinking of getting a blood sugar monitor and I’m curious if any hashi/ insulin girlies have used that to help monitor why I am crashing so hard despite whole foods and more protein.

Has anyone else tried this?

Pilates —> weights

I do Pilates and yoga 5+ days a week, and work 12 hour shifts so I’m looking to do weight training on my long 12 hour shift days…

I only have two oversized 15lb dumbbells. I’ve gone to another gym to use their machines, but I simply don’t have the energy lately after 12 hours with a new schedule.

Any recommendations on how I can build muscle using only dumbbells and at home exercise? And is 15lbs enough? I am quite strong and can do pushups, planks etc in form.

I’ve heard so much “lift heavy shit” that maybe I need to buy way heavier dumbbells or just keep my gym membership and suck it up?

So I work remotely on a government-issued laptop and my team has always been pretty chill about US based travel as long as our work gets done, we’re available, and performance isn’t affected. My direct supervisor knows I travel sometimes and has never cared because my metrics are strong.

But recently HR sent out one of those “friendly reminder” emails about telework policy saying they can verify work locations through IP addresses.

Mostly trying to understand how enterprise/government remote-work monitoring works in practice, especially in situations where local management is flexible but official policy is stricter.

I saw router to router VPN might work to scramble my address, but I am not the most tech savvy.

I don’t want to get fired, but I also honestly don’t understand why they care where my location is as long as the work is getting done and I am in a reliable and safe environment.
