Bits used:

To state the obvious, Abaddon was the base. Left arm is from the AoS Slaves to Darkness Chosen set, the banner guy's arm. The glaive head is from the Eightbound set, that spiky bit below is the mace head from the Legionnaires set. So are the mags in the bolter. The head on hook, hand on hook and ribcage are from Pete the Wargamer's Dead Animal Bits sprue. The shoulder pad was made by cutting the wings off a helmet and cutting a skull in half, well, bit more than half. Think that's everything.
