This entire industry abuses the public because we have no other options.

Free from Chicago to Philly on Friday. Sat on the tarmac for two hours. Eventually got there. All good.

Was supposed to come back last night. The flight was delayed for over 7 hours. Just kept saying we’d be leaving. I’m with two small children so eventually booked a flight this morning and stayed at a hotel. No voucher, no compensation, just a rude gate agent who wouldn’t even directly address me because the tickets were booked by my wife.

Now, at the airport again, they are now saying our crew is delayed and coming from another airport. Won’t even have the decency to officially announce the flight is delayed and an estimated departure, it just obviously is. Who knows if this flight will leave.

I am an anxious flyer but have been doing better with the help of Xanax. I have no Xanax for today because I used it yesterday for the flight that never left.

The gate agents are nothing but rude and condescending. This is a nightmare. Never flying again.

Everyone says, “Aren’t you glad the players are making money and they’re popular now?!!”

Yeah, sure, I guess. But mostly I miss when the WNBA was a respite from the rest of the world. Gay-friendly, family-friendly, positive. It sucks now. This country is full of scummy people who have stolen our league from us.

What are the old fans following now?

I don’t want to say too much for fear of doxxing myself, but —

I’m a mental health professional and I work with many, many people with psychosis and severe mental illness daily.

In my opinion, LC’s murder of her children is not a “postpartum psychosis” case. It’s a “family annihilator” case. I think she was a perfectionist whose picture of family life was not measuring up and she punished everyone else for it.

I’m sad for those kids. What a mess.
