Hello. I have severe osteoporosis (T<-5). I want to start swimming. Is there any stroke or movement that is NOT safe in the pool? Thank you.

Dealyed Puberty?

Hey everyone. I am a female in my mid twenties who has struggled with anorexia nervosa since I was 12. Due to malnutrition, I never really went through puberty. My body still looks like that of a pre-teen, and I never really had a menstrual cycle. People often mistaken me for a kid. My understanding is that it is still possible to restore my menstrual cycle with proper nutrition. However, what about everything else? Will I develop a more female adult-like body? (curves and boobs). Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thanks.

When a patient presents with only bone marrow edema, but no clear stress fracture line, do you put them in a boot or NWB? The edema in the talus has not resolved in 9 months and is painful with weight-bearing. Thanks.

How do you approach working with patients who are extremely nervous about PT? For example, patients who are too nervous to try anything because they fear pain or re-injury? Thanks.

Are Whenever I wear my Brooks Adrenalines, I literally feel like I am standing on a downward slope. I am assuming this is due to the high heel to toe drop? Does anyone else experience this? Does it bother you? How can this be healthy? This seems like a very unnatural position for the body. What do you think?
