my left side weakness/numbness symptoms story

just my story i wanted to vent and see if anyone was going thru similar - a year ago i had this full left side body weakness and numbness and went to emergency where they did mri and blood tests and everything came back fine.
I even went to a neurologist for a second opinion with the scans and he pointed towards MRI.

Since then everytime i got this left side weakness it was normally went i got anxious like driving etc. Then it would subside after a few seconds-mins. I’ve also been told i get panic attacks

i’ve been trying to manage them but today i lied in bed the whole day as the yesterday I played 3-4 hours of padel and needed a break. All was fine but I suddenly got this feeling evening time where I left my lip felt droopy, arm felt a little numb then while having dinner I got very dizzy and couldn’t swallow. I ate what I could and lying in bed and feel a bit better (although the numbness feeling still exists).

As “S” (i don’t like saying the actual word) they happen immediately to people like the numbness and droopiness don’t linger for long time (neurologist told me) so i don’t need to panic on it as it’s been 30-45mins since i’ve had these symptoms .

It’s just so frustrating esp with health anxiety. How is everyone here coping with this? I feel like I have a timer and at one point everything going to go wrong (touch wood it doesn’t) but i’m so fed with this health anxiety and these symptoms. :(
I’ve heard of things called Ischemic attacks? something like that sorry can’t remember actual name but apparently they are smaller “S” leading to a big one and every day i live in fear that this is what might happen.
I’m only in my early 20s and this is taking over my life :(

can sneezing inwards cause pulsus alternans

22F England 5’6 .. I sneezed inwards as i was caught off guard and ended up with a weird sneeze that felt like my heart stopped for a second or it was about to jump out.

I checked my pulse on the wrist and at first it was fine then it became weaker and weaker and the same pattern keeps happening. It stronger then i breathe in and it becomes weaker/can’t feel a pulse.

I’m scared something happened to the heart.

Bullpadel Vertex 05 Comfort

Does anyone have any reviews on this racket? I’m slowly improving my game and I normally play the club’s racket so time to get my own now.

I want speed and control. Is this good?
Any advice is appreciated. TIA

ingrown hair and cysts

The pic is an ingrown hair on my arm that’s gotten bigger to be honest. I put a hot compress and whacked some savlon on it to prevent any further infection.

I also noticed a bump behind my ear. That’s painful when touching. When I tried to look at it, it was more clear/white than a red bump. It’s right at the crease of my ear.
It might be a boil but scared it might a cyst or something else.

not sure why i’m getting these bumps recently. What’s the best way to tackle both the ingrown and the bump behind ear?

changing personal code - how long does it take?

I accidentally shared my personal code and informed CH of it and asked them to replace so it doesn’t get compromised going forward and fall into the wrong hands.

It clearly says on their website that they will get this replaced if it’s been shared or compromised.
After the first call, they were like “oh yh just send an email with your current code and email and IDV team will look into it”

Then someone from the IDV team got back saying “yh your log in is sorted” when I never had an issue with my log in???? It clearly said in my email that about a personal code problem . Anyways, another person took it up and said they’ll escalate this. But they don’t know how long it’s going to take or have a time frame.

It’s been 3 weeks and got no comms back. Should I just forget about it lol.

I’m not part of any company as I have resigned. I had done my ID verification before leaving so this whole thing happened around then. Such a long process!

Update about my recent post

I recently posted about my floodlight device going offline and not recording.
So the lights are working but the motion detection is delayed and the live video isn’t playing (it either has a 2 second video or just doesn’t connect at all/record)

Surely it must not be an electrical issue as the lights are working fine. I’m not sure what’s happening with the wifi connection!!

Any further information/advice is appreciated.

what do i do?

We recently had a ring floodlight set up for our driveway.
It was working fine for a couple days and then today it says the decide is offline.

I tried restarting it and turning off the switch for some time. Nothing is working.
It was been raining heavily in my area for the past 1-2 days so not sure if that’s of any concern.

I’ve current disconnected the plug and giving it 30mins before plugging back in. My wifi seems to be working fine - I’ve tried reconnecting it and it still says decide offline.

Anyone else who had a similar problem?
My other cameras are working fine

Gender reveal party

Hi ladies, I’m going to a family friend/neighbours gender reveal party soon. Would it be appropriate to take a box of chocolates?

I do have a gift card for a small amount but i’m not sure if that’s too extravagant for a gender reveal.
We definitely plan to gift baby related things once the baby is born.

Just not sure if it’s best to go empty handed to a gender reveal? (I’ve never been to one before haha)

flights from india

Hey guys, I live abroad (nri) and soon coming into visit india.
I kinda want to travel to east asia (Bali, Thailand, Singapore) from India as it’s closer but the prices seem extortionate considering the distance.

Just flights Hyderbad - Bali was 1.2 lakhs for a family of 4 (indigo). This was for 2-3 days mid july.
Is that normal? Those living in india are you getting a similar price?

Is this the same from everyone else?

EDIT: my other devices is doing fine where I am able to use it without having to log in initially?
It’s only on my phone and it’s happening with safari and chrome

EDIT2: It’s working on 4G/5G but asking me to log in on my phone if i’m on wifi

is this is an okay beginner racket?

I’m new to the game and picking up quite okay. But still need more control over the ball and learn the shots.

I’m planning to get Bullpadel Indiga W Padel Racket 26.
Is this good for beginners/slowly progressing into intermediate?

Base of 5th Metatarsal Fracture

I recently got one and currently on the road to recovery. It’s been a week and i’m already bored out of my mind!!

I really want to go back into sports but have been told 6-8 weeks healing period and then go into physical activities.

For those who had this fracture before, how long did it take you to go back into physical activity like tennis?

how to improve wrist

I come from a badminton background and recently got into padel.
But my coach keeps pointing out my wrist as badminton uses a lot of wrist - which doesn’t work in padel.

How can I make sure to keep the wrist firm at all times?
I can do it intially but once I get into play I go back into my badminton habits.

Should I consider a wrist brace? Would that help?
