Blink alert tool

I use screens a lot! All day. I have moderate dry eyes and I use lubrication drops often. I also don't close my eyes fully while asleep (logaphthalmos), so I use an eye mask. But I've only noticed improvement after I vibe coded a browser extension to show an animation that reminds me to stop and blink every 'X minutes'. It's pretty cool! The improvement isnt that much, but its enough to tell im doing something right as someone who wakes up with very dry eyes every morning. If you know how to vibe code with ai/ a programmer please make one. Especially if you use screens a lot. I would share mine, but idk how to do so anonymously without linking my cloud storage etc. All the best!

Mphil vs Msc Food science. Which to choose?

I know it seems like an obvious answer: go with what suits a career you want. But I really would like to hear from those of you already in the field after studying either of these 2. Please share your thoughts and experiences.

  1. What is your work like on a daily basis?

  2. Would you say its easy to work/profit purely as a research scientist or do you have to teach as well if you did an mphil?

  3. Does an mphil mean you can't work in manufacturing?

  4. Which path has an easier time finding work? And which pays more?

  5. Is a PhD required if you go the mphil route?

  6. Do you have any regrets after taking either path?

  7. What options are there for you if you chose an Msc and are you able to shine in any industry with your knowledge or did you specialise in a particular sector?
