NEW THEORY: roa is the roaring knight
i started playing deltarune again recently and i'd like to share my new theory on the roaring knight's identity: roa
ok so first of all: the ROAring knight? and that pose?
next, the two first places that you see the knight are in chapter 3 near the christmas set and in the dark world church in chapter 4. now the church is obvious because of the whole priest thing, but what about the christmas set? well, when is arcueid's birthday? that's right, christmas day!
because of tarantella, we know that roa can exist outside of tsukihime. we don't have any evidence that points to him being able to exist outside of the nasuverse as a whole, but we also don't have any evidence against it.
as for the horns, they're symbolic. the story of roa and arcueid can be likened to the biblical story of eve and satan, where eve (arcueid) ate the forbidden fruit after being tempted by satan (roa). obviously the horns are in reference to that.
and of course there is also the well-known fact that dess used to pedophile groom kris on amino, which may be in reference to how arcueid's mental state was "doll-like" when roa fell for her, and he became disgusted when he saw her with actual life experience for once. this may also be in reference to arcueid's (and ciel's) own questionable age gap with shiki.
and finally, have we ever seen roa and the knight in the same room? nope.
